I have this really appropriate idea for an upscale hotel beside Restaraunt and bar within the United States. From the research I have done this model hasn't really been done beforein the US, It have been done within other countries though. There are similar ideas but not what I hold in mind. I am sure it would breed a lot of money. The problem is it would cost millions and I don't own that kind of money. I know that if I go and get investors they would want to run it the way they want to run it, and they would want most of the profits. I would probably formulate it a corporation I would like to own 51% of it. I would want to design the hotel myself. I would probably hire a negotiator to run the business. I don't have nearly adequate equity to get a loan. Is in that a way to start a hotel next to no money?

I have alike problem. bought an item that has be "shipping" since 23FEB. I have approved to call the credit card company and nullify it. Never got an answer from them.
The same happen to me, I bought an expensive item from them the 26th of february, only because it be sold out on the other websites and I wanted it concrete badly. Well, I get an email from them which included a link next to the order self but it gives me a page not found error message. The worst quantity is that when I purchased the item I coudn't find an online review of the site, but today I found this article in RunEye.com, so I'm concerned that the company might freshly be another of those online scams. I'm drastically worried.
