The previous two answers are wrong. Here are the different types of company organizations:
A sole proprietorship have the least amount of expense and headache to setup and operate, but the also the least amount of liability protection. If you turn bankrupt as a SP you must avow personal bankruptcy. Income and losses are tax to you personally and also completely subject to Self Employment charge of 15%.
An LLC, or Limited Liability Company, is an option that offer liability protection and is an organization that is to say more difficult to set up and operate than an SP but less than a Corporation. Income is tax on your personal tax return as a "exceed through". These taxes may be higher if you own income right away, but if you have losses they are deductible against everyday income on your tax return. SET is due on your net, but not necessarily on company profits.
An S- corporation has equal tax status as an LLC but is more complicated to setup and operate. If offer liability protections.
A C-Corp is the most complicated to setup and operate, but income is taxed at the corporate rates which can be smaller amount than the personal rates. If you sell assets from a C -Corp and later want the money for yourself, it will be taxed twice - once within the corp and once personally. But if you go the entire business, you get the lowest possible toll rate, capital gain tax, currently 15%.
A partnership is an company that does not wallet organization documents beside state and as such has no liability protection. It have more than one owner or "partner". This is usually not desirable form to operate a business.
In short if you will have hasty losses and need liability protection do an LLC. If you will hold a substantial business with lots of profits especially hasty on, do a regular C Corp. If you're dabbling here and hold no real expectation of a shrewd business - do a Sole Proprietorship.

I agree man. I have not gone to the movies and rewarded full price in at lowest 5 years. I go to the "Cheap" movies. They acquire the movies usually 3 months or so after the normal theaters. I don't think it is so much the theatres as it is the production companies that release the movies. How much does it cost them to run a movie? With these stars making more and more money and adjectives the special effects now, it have to be recouped. The fracas needs to start at the top.
