This is in regard to an s-corp. Looking at my books, I see that I have to hold 2 annual meeting, one for the directors and one for shareholders. I know that you can deduct 100% of the expenses for attending one of those meeting; not sure which one. Thanks!

Apparently, you own the S-Corp. Most S-corporations don't have plentiful shareholders (some have merely one), and if that's the case, your "meeting" is necessarily a paper transaction i.e. required by state corporate law.
If you do own shareholders beyond the bard, the most simplified thing to do is own your board meeting and shareholders interview on the same year, one following the other.
And, for any legitimate expenses, 100% of the costs are deductible for both meeting. (Just don't try to fly to Maui or some resort destination for the meeting, unless you own a very obedient business reason to be at hand.)
The Board of Directors is not annual but Quarterly sooooo the Shareholders meeting is annual or semi annual and is 100% deductible - as it is when the Shareholders usually vote on the Directors and receive information on their investment.

I individually like Wal-Mart a bit better for your everyday shopping, similar to cleaners and detergents and some foods. But if you are looking to spend a bit more money for a bit higher part products like clothing and furnishings and such later Target is the place.

Wal-Mart is usually cheaper, but I do like Target's "dollar" cubicle at the front of the store (or, at least there's one at the Target nearest to me). I suppose Target is my favorite. However, I do most of my shopping at Wal-Mart because it's closer and near is usually more selection.
I love target, but find myself at wal mart 99% of the time, walmart only has more things, and most of the conventional everyday needs are smaller number expensive at walmart... But for household items and home decor type things target has more trendy things.

anyways, Old Navy be open on New Years Day. The store I work at be open from 10am-9pm Pretty much similar to a regular day which is 9a-9pm every light of day except Sundays (store hours may vary by location). There be between 15,000 and 20,000 units that get marked down on New years eve... so yes, in that was a big mart. Lots of items were flawed down to more than 50% off. Clearance prices are valid until the merchandise is depleted (completely sold through)... probably the merchandise will quickly seize picked over, but this stuff will remain on sale... (except for trial spring items which have be rolling in these previous few weeks...)
