Disregard "organizer" its irrelevant. An Organizer has no claims to the assets or income of the LLC unless the organizer is also a Member.
What matter are the Members. Organizers may or may not be Members. An LLC is made up of Members. A Member may be a Manager Member or just a Member. A Manager Member is tasked beside managerial responsibilities and are identified as such surrounded by the original Operating Agreement and any subsequent ammendments to the Operating Agreement. The Manager Members are the ones that hold the power to sign documents on behalf of the LLC. They sign checks, leases, loans etc.
The LLC have no obligations to Organizers. The LLC solitary has obligation to Members. So if an Organizer was not identified as a Member surrounded by the LLC Operating Agreement then the Organizer have no claims to the assets of the LLC. A share is not necessarily an equal share but a share nonetheless. So, if you want to get rid of two of the Organizers who may be de facto Members after you may have a bit of a problem on your hand.
If the two Organizers who you want to get rid of, never did anything and are prepared to go away lightly then you do not hold much of a problem and the solution is simple. Write the LLC Operating Agreement now and surrounded by the Agreement have a clause put surrounded by specifically which identifies the two Organizers who you want to gain rid of as Members but assign 0.01% entitlement to the assets and income of the LLC to each of them and own them sign the signature section of the Operating Agreement. Then prepare a one page Member Withdrawal Agreement which respectively of these two Organizers will sign that states that they are withdrawing from the LLC and are owed nothing presently and in the adjectives and that their percentage membership are person distributed back equally to the two remaining Members.
