I am not against consumption meat, but I am against the torture these animals have to come through. They beat up the animals, cut rotten their beaks, castrate them while they are alive. They cut them while they are alive and their blood drains out. I saw this online and aligned Peta. what is share auctioning? How it is done?

Question:

Answer:
There are several different ways to offer shares for Dutch auction:

1) General offer. This is the depart market, where on earth one can buy and sell shares of publicly tabled companies. This is the most common opening of selling shares for publicly listed companies.

2) Private set aside. Buying and selling does not have to be done publicly. Transactions can be done "over-the-counter", where on earth two counter-parties agree on a price with respectively other (as opposed to using the exchange as an intermediary). This can be done for publicly scheduled shares. This is the primary way to buy/sell private companies.

3) Auction. Rather than selling company shares at an extended offer-accept/reject bidding process, shares can be sold contained by a single auction. At an auction, buyers place their bid (either in an start process where one know the highest price or "blind" where on earth the highest price is unknown) at a predermined time. Shares are sold to the chief bidder. The singular bidding time commonly acts as a motivating sale tactic to get emotion involved (i.e. people don't close to to lose). This is not commonly done to sell shares because it is complicated and wants the market infrastructure to set it up. The most notable example of this was G00GLE's IPO. In truth, most shares are sold via auction but there is a price continuum cap that keep them from being true auctions. This is where on earth you hear IPOs pricing "at the top of the range". A share auction works basically close to any other auction. You put in your price, escalating your price if you are outbid until time expires. Highest bidder win.

Since the United States no longer owns the Panama Canal it is unlikely that taxpayers here will bring directly saddled near the cost. what is procurement?

Question:

Answer:
Simply stated, in a company it is the Purchasing Department.

I am guessing that someone asking a sound out like this is looking at a chore listing. Procurement is a sweet place to be because YOU are the customer and the an assortment of people selling stuff want to be your friend. If it's a big company and you approaching getting free tickets to sporting events it's fun :-)
To procure is to acquire something; to purchase
Procurement is when you go out and draw from something .

Typically large companies own a procurement office that researches and acquire the things the company needs to rescue money by buying in bulk or from the best source.

If it be left up to respectively employee to procure their own supplies the cost would be much greater on the company.

Info related to on-site employer sponsored medical clinics. when do they work best? how are they salaried, etc?

Question:
i am trying to assess the feasibility of putting these clinics into a corporate site and newly want to know more about them. what services? who pays? results, etc?

Answer:
If the purpose is to own a "clinic" on-site for convenience, then re-think the concept.. If you want a clinic as bit of the overall wellness program then it is worth considering, provided in that are no other cost-effective options, such as a robustness club, and/or "counseling" facility (stress/substance dependency) nearby.

I am up to date with "dispensary" as subdivision of an aluminum/ magnesium plant, primarily because employees would be getting burned, scratched, scraped, slip, fall over, caught on/between, and fingers, hands, and sometimes arms would be amputated, so in attendance was a involve. It was staffed by a nurse who took charge of the minor incidents requireing "1st Aid", and a doctor who visited the plant twice a week (Tuesday & Thursday) to followup on Worker Comp cases, and other injuries/ illnesses.

As time go by and the Safety program improved, the want for the doctor went from two days/week to sometime every two weeks (of course he remained "on call"). The nurse took initiative and started a wellness program - encompassing blood pressure tests, diabetes screening, counterweight control, tobacco/alcohol/ drug/stress counseling, and the like.

It be so well received that team came within before and after their planned shifts, and on their days off to "see the nurse".

As far as putting a clinic within a corporate environment, the question have to be asked WHY? Unless the organization have life threatening injuries at the corporate even there is really no involve for such a service, especially if there is a hospital or other medical facility inwardly a short distance of the office. While Clinicians will (may) be independent contractors, you may run the risk of moving into a "co-employment" situation where on earth they will demand the benefits afforded to regular full time human resources.

Who pays? The Company. Sure it can claim a business deduction for the equipment and supplies, as in good health as "charge back" the insurance company for the services rendered, then the following year keep under surveillance as the insurer extracts their "pound of flesh" through increased premiuims.

The employee? On what justification will s/he be charged? Per visit? Per condition? Per pill? How much? Enough to cover costs, or to make a profit? (The Accountant's eyes will stain over with that one.)

What almost the issue of Privacy? Who gets to see the employee's medical history? The physician? The nurse? The janitor?

In my inference, a clinic at the corporate office is a "nice to have", an expensive "nice to have".
