I dont use them alot, but they are only as good as USPS, UPS, or DHL. All of those shipping companies are highly competitive so really there is not much difference, although I find USPS to be cheaper most of the time.

I would envision that the employees will stay right where on earth they are. Only if the new buyers settled to change the hours or gross will it start a problem.
