"The unknown AT&T" is not AT&T?

After doing A LOT of research on a recent ridiculous charge for an international charge I was informed by the CS agent that we are "the investigational AT&T" customers not "AT&T" customers. They are actually separate companies.
Since the name was made using an "AT&T" worker instead of a "the new AT&T" worker we would be charged the ridiculous rate of $10.00 a minute for the call. My bill say AT&T and I write my check to AT&T so I assumed that I was doing business beside AT&T only very soon to find out I'm not. I was informed that I the give the name should have be made through a "the new AT&T" worker to get our discounted rates.
Does this nouns misleading to anyone else? Or is it common to enjoy two separate companies named duplicate name?

Please tell me that you save all of your receipts and can prove that you sent the boots final to the guy. All he has to do is to claim that he never received them.
He probably have proof that he sent the boots to you and that you received them. That will satisfy Ebay for the most section, unless this guy misrepresented the boots in his auction page. With clothes and footwear, I hold noticed that when it comes to sizes, here are a lot of discrepencies within sizes. So it not not necesarily fraud just because the boots do not fit.
