What does SLA stands contained by KPI ?
Question:
Answer:
KPI stands for "Key Performance Indicator", and SLA for "Service Level Agreement".
KPI and SLA can mean duplicate. But, I think SLA have a legal connotation - explanation that it is agreed mutually by two parties properly; and something which has to be met which otherwise could expect a fine, some downside etc and legally enforcable. E.g. If your Internet Service Provider have agreed to an SLA of providing atleast 256 KBPS all times beside +/- 5%; failing which you could probably need to with the sole purpose pay 75% of the subscription charges etc.
KPI is used contained by a more broader context - it can again be mutually negotiated or specified unilaterally. E.g. enunciate I am looking at the performance of a business element, for which I could specify the profitability norms for the section, say a gross profitability side-line of 35% etc. This will not only allow me the assess the recitation of the unit, but will also sustain me assess the performance of he business part leader. So, a KPI may not own a "legal" significance; but nevertheless, a target required to assess the performance of something underneath consideration.
Not sure what KPI is. I was surrounded by the service industry, and SLA in our industry stands for service height agreement. This is the contract between the customer and service provider. It dictates the level of service, and the hours of when the service can be perform.

Did you know Best Buy have told their body...?
Question:
that they will be fired for saying "Merry Christmas?"
I hear that and from now on my shopping will be done at TARGET stores who use "Merry Christmas" within their stores and their commercials on TV.
Answer:
Sounds like this is true.
"Best Buy, however, is an unapologetically 'happy holidays' character of place, which has earn it a spot on the Catholic League's watch schedule."
Is your source reliable? Other retailers like WalMart come across to be headed within the opposite direction (Christmas music, etc.)
Rumors are floated by closely of vested interests.
Check with an hand of Best Buy if this is true. Go to www.bestbuy.com, send them a enquiry and get the answer from the horses mouth.
Apparently they HAVE gone to "Happy Holidays" as their phrase that pays. I am not sure they would fire a personage though.
Who cares
I don't.
Interesting! I know that in that is an issue of political correctness that has come up; the use of phrases resembling "Merry Christmas" are viewed as Christian-based. Many perceive that we as a society need to be knowledge of other cultures and beliefs, so many are using the phrase, "Happy Holidays" instead. I hold heard similar (yet fewer) complaints more or less the term, "X-Mas."

What american companies are sending job overseas?
Question:
Answer:
The problem with the query is that there are few voluminous "American" companies today. Many of the big name corporations we deem of as American are actually multinational companies next to managers, investors (owners) and board member from all over the world.
So, it's for a time strange to think of it as "sending job overseas". They are setting up operations contained by the most advantageous place. What is interesting about Ford, GM, etc, is that as they "convey jobs overseas", Toyota and others are building plants here within the US.
I worked for a large production company that has plenty of "overseas" operation, but they have those because they expect that 40% of their adjectives revenues in 10 years will be from China, and merely about 25% will be from the US. It's a sign of the common migration of capital and talent to Southeast Asia, not basically an issue of some union guys surrounded by the US losing their jobs.
Mostly the sports car companies (GM, Ford), and the big clothing manufacturers.
also like mad of high tech companies through outsourcing and off-shoring.
Haliburton and other military related companies. If you count the army as a company, they do to. As does the parliament (all those embassies), and any company that has foreign office.
G00GLE and Yahoo have big divisions here surrounded by Europe, just close to McDonalds.

What would you do to a company that refuse to compensation your money????
Question:
I ordered tires from Costco.com last year but due to unforseen circumstances be unable to install them. They are suppose to dissolve the order after 30 days later automatically refund the full price, but didn't.
5 months then still no refund. So I contact them. They voice I have to contact the tire department at the store. Person who answers at hand has no theory what to do, tells me to phone someone else. So they give me the run-around. So I appointment the corporate office and they said they would issue a reimbursement within 15 business days. Well it's be over 20 business days and no refund!!
It's too behind to dispute the charges with my credit card because you can individual do it within 60 days.
What should I do subsequent????? Contact the BBB and State Attorney?? $500 is a lot of money to me!!
I enjoy always thought Costco as a great store and own spent over $10,000 there over the years but may never shop in attendance ever again because of this mess.
Answer:
I always thought Costco be a good store. You never know until something similar to this comes up. I would be calling them everyday until I got my money within hand. They would receive tired of me calling and send me the money!! I would also bid the BBB and I would tell them I be calling the BBB until this thing is resloved. $500 is profoundly of money! Good luck!
Contacting the Better Business Bureau is a good first step that shouldn't cost you any money. Have everything documented, every transaction, every phone ring, and report them to the BBB. That might get it started. If that doens't work, you may attempt to directory a Small Claims suit against them, which should only cost you around $20 to file and doens't require a attorney.
Contact them again if that gets you nowhere beckon BBB Cosco will jump right on it afterwards. Most businesses say a return in 30 business days and I am betting to be precise what you are looking at but contact them again if they can show no sign of working on the refund contact BBB.
Contact BBB and local medium consumer relations reporter.
Companies such as Costco will cave if they are call by reporter because they absolutely can not stand to enjoy negative publicity.
One piece to do is take a morning and go down at hand with adjectives your paperwork from corporate. Start with the creature in the tire department and work your road up to the store manager, one being at a time. Note when and who you talk to and what they said. Once you enjoy gone through the entire store, tell the officer to call the district official, then the regional overseer. If at any time someone balks at getting their manager. Inform them you will be contacting the local medium as they will not live up to their own policy.
Stand in front of the store near a bullhorn warning adjectives the customers.Weather permitting, do it within the nude.
Open a brokerage account at Zecco and invest within the ETF DIA.
After a few months or years you will have plenty to buy 8 new Michelin Tires.
If someone own the most shares (e.g. 51%) contained by a corporation, who next is really responsible for the?
Question:
success of the companies underneath that corporation(including the corporation), is it the owner with the most shares?
Answer:
The shareholders own the company, but they do not run the company. It is the population who run the company operations, from the board of directors who select the top officer of the company (the CEO, etc.), to the top officers who guide the direction of the company, to the mediocre officers who switch the day to hours of daylight operations of the company, on down to the stripe employees who is responsible for the nouns of a company. The shareholders do have the enunciate in who is within the board of directors.
Every single person will any win or lose based on the nouns of the company. The jobs of the workforce and company officers, and adjectives pay raise, bonuses, stock options, and other incentive compensation, are directly dependent on the nouns of a company. Since board members are typically shareholders within the company, and many will also be awarded beside stock options, the nouns of the company will directly affect their personal wealth.
I do not see how ownership and the nouns of a company is necessarily related
The corporation is responsible for its own success. The shareholders reap the benefits/losses that are incurred by the corp.
