What do I do if my co-worker...?

Question:
What do I do if my co-worker is tall, have dark tresses and WORSHIPS the devil. NO joke here. He even said he did AND he wear a AREA 666 shirt every other day. He is really parsimonious to me! This is not a joke!

Answer:
If he cause an office problem you can follow the fasten of command and report it as harrassment.

Pray for him and stay out of his way.
When he bugs you - speak about him, "Get thee behind me." He's probably doing it for attention. If he get out of hand, report him to your boss and threaten harrassment and infringement of religious rights.

Or, take a priest to bless your work place (jk - I'm in a giddy mood).
Is this roughly speaking your religious beliefs or his? Or is it just something like getting along with the coworker?

Sometimes conversations come up where on earth you don't agree with the thinking, and that's ok. You can still hang out / articulate with someone. Maybe he's get other interesting qualities you can discuss. Maybe he'll stop self mean to you if you try a few friendly moves and avoid the in one piece satan thing.
Religion is other someone's personal business, and should rarely, if ever, be discussed at work.

If he persist with his yak of Satanism, tell him that you aren't comfortable discussing religion at adjectives while at work. You're not obligated to reveal your beliefs to him, nor to engage contained by any kind of a debate. Based on what you speak, it sounds like he's bait you. Don't bite; you don't want to endanger your job while trying to bring discipline on to him.

If that doesn't stop it, report it to his supervisor. Take the high-ranking road, and you'll win in this instance.

How much income to salary myself?

Question:
I am forming a C corp (not S Corp since hopefully down the road I may add more employees) to do corp-to-corp for consulting. Lets speak my Corp bills me at $xx/hr and lets utter my annual revenue is say $100K. How much of that should I payment myself in gross? I was thinking to pay envelope myself 60K salary and hold the 40K as RESERVE for leaner times when I am on bench vote next year. Will that work?? i.e as a C corpt am I allowed to hold the revenue stream surrounded by reserve for future and verbs to pay myself remuneration even though not working beside a cleint? Or does the rule say that at the finale of year the 40K must be declared as dividend and I must pay taxes (a double taxation I must add)

Answer:
First of adjectives, I advise you to form an S Corp, even if you do plan to give more employees following. (Adding employees is NOT an issue if you own an S-Corp. Having a C Corp. will lone complicate your life. I formed a C Corp near my first business, and it was a mistake. All the other businesses I started be S-Corp.)

As to how much to pay yourself, I'm not sure I read your math. You say you will enjoy revenue of $100K, and if you pay yourself $60K, and hold the $40K as RESERVE. That's where on earth I'm lost. There will be expenses from the $100K beyond your salary, so you won't hold the $40K as a reserve at all.

Pay yourself simply as much as you can afford, while paying all of your bills AND have some left surrounded by reserve. AND: Don't treat company money as your own. Treat it as belonging to someone else. This one area can construct or break your business. (I have see successful companies fail because the owner took out TOO MUCH money.)

As to your final cross-question, if you have a C Corp, your profits will be tax twice. DO NOT start a C Corp unless you plan to take it public strictly soon.

Before you get too far into the business, take a good CPA you can trust. This will release you far more money than it will cost.

Good luck.

did japan privatize their letters company?

Question:
does anybody know if japan DID privatize their mail company and WHY they even considered necessary to do that?

Answer:
Not yet. But Japan Post Office will be privatized inside a few years. The reason:
1) To call off government assistance and control over its postal service which "can be done" by private sector.
2) To release its world-largest saving report to private sectors to stimulate national discount.

Japan Postal Office has be doing three main business:
1) Postal service throughout the country.
2) Saving of the nation's money (with high interest rate than commercial banks), which has be sustaing the govt bonds and the national budget.
3) Insurance business combined with its good accounts.

After privatization, these 3 business will be divided and managed by 3 (and perchance more in the future) private companies. The privatization tenet, however, stipulates that equal postal service throughout the nation should be maintained.

It is expected (or, worried) that a colossal portion of the national saving will be transferred to foreign bank (mainly to the U.S.) that offer difficult interest rates than Japanese banks.

During the Diet debate over this legislation, the prevalent focus was placed on the gigantic degree of possible money transfer from Japan Post Office to foreign bank. It is widely believed that behind the GOJ result, there be a strong pressure from the U.S. government.

Japan Post Office will be released from the policy in 2007 and privatized surrounded by a few years after being manage and closely watched by the third sector during the transition time of year.

Is it adjectives for manager to read adjectives their workforce email lacking their fluency?

Question:
Can a network admin or email admin set-up this access?

Answer:
It is common- alot of companies filter e-mails for content as they check out of your computer or are recieved. E-mails that are flagged for personal content or innapropriate content are forwarded to a manager. I know a few society that have be fired that way- even over simple things, like 'how be your weekend?' Its better to just not do it! Don't put ANYTHING contained by writing you don't want your boss to read!
It is legal if youa re using their equipment, but I doubt it is "common". Sounds thoroughly boring and time consuming. I would not think thye would do it unless nearby was a serious issue.

When should executives be brought surrounded by from other companies?

Question:
How can this be done with the most minuscule negative impact on the morale of those already working within the company?

Answer:
The Directors of a company should bring in an outside CEO when here is no one inside the company who can take the company contained by the direction the Directors wish to jump. Employee morale usually suffers only when in that is a perception that their jobs are at risk. Bringing contained by a fresh CEO may actually amend morale. The guy whose nose is going to be most out of cohesive is the second in command who think that he should have have a shot at the top spot. Obviously, he will have simply received a clear message that he wasn't the one and is usually better off seeking a position elsewhere. Most do.

What official option can be taken when a plant organizer threatens your post only just because you spoke up and disagree

Question:
Just because I stated he was making too several chnages to the plant (as he has one and only been nearby less than a month), he said "do you want to remain contained by this plant" as a threatening statement.

Answer:
A threat is a form of intimidation, in retaliation for a prior complaint. The US Labor Board is who you want to folder a formal complaint with. However, pay attention because your boss is sure to try and catch you doing anything he can fire you from. Be sure to document EVERYTHING, date, time, place, name, etc. The Board will be glad to took the time to document everything. Then if the termination does happen, you can gain them for more retaliation for past complaints. Some companies when the big boss learn of a lower supervisor threating the employees, its the supervisor who get fired first. And once they learn you hold documented things so well, they usually will not bother you again for disquiet of a bigger law suit for retaliation or sexual harrassment. Check out the information on the US Dept of Labor trellis site, via www.first.gov/
most states are at will jobs so they can fire yoou for anything... It sucks but nil you can do about it.
Not adequate information. Union or non-union? If union shift to your union rep. If non league be careful what you articulate. These day's we don't have lots rights left to speak our mind. Probably could receive you on insubordination. He's not much of a boss. Everyone should be able to express their inference.
no legall recourse can be taken. Keep your mouth shut, or he probably will fire you. Which he can do when ever he feels resembling it.
Time to pucker up you have no decriminalized options. However, you may hold some later on if he keep it up. Sexual harassment law are being changed to donate intimidation. You better keep a log of adjectives the statements he makes and the date
Remember sometime new commers come next to big EGOS and they end up crashing tough give it time, but save most large company have a human resource manual (employee manual) read it. Yes you are working here with your own free will and yes they can agree to you go,( but you can disagree) but they too own too follow rules set by the labor board if non-union. I would document what the manager said, time date, but beware of your own conduct as very well. Anyways make a copy and if you enjoy too send one to your human resource and I don`t know they can resolve the issue before it get out of control. If you are competent to transfer to another dept. next to so before you acquire black ball. Some company even have a 1-800 snitch anonymously. And you can report your manager and they will look into it. Don't be afaid of change, changes can be correct.
Working can be a difficult change from university or home life. For one piece a business is a dictatorship not a democracy. And the first rule of business is "the boss is always right". Now near are lines that cannot be crossed but you are no where practical that area next to what you have described.

The bosses assignment is to see that the "bottom line" is profittable. If he believes that many change are required to do that. Then his job is to variety those changes and your brief is to follow his directions. That's going to be true no matter where on earth you work.

Sorry if this sounds rough, but this is how it works in business.

They are the same company. Morrisons brought Safeway & they own the strategy to enter the S.England market. Hence presently they can just convert Safeway & hey presto Morrisons is surrounded by S.England.
Theres some sort of governing body that chose morrisons as the ones allowed to buy safeway (tesco, asda and sainsburys bid for the supermarket chain). If any of the other stores have bought it, they would have see to be monopolising the industry and it was fairer for morrisons to own it as they are the smaller of the 4 companies.

what are the forms for a "c" corporation have to folder annually and quarterly? THANK U!?

Question:

Answer:
C-Corps file IRS form 1120 beside its associated schedules for itemization annually. Quarterly they wallet Form 940 (FUTA return) and 941 (Fed. Tax return), states wage detail reports, SUTA return, and states withholding. Have a CPA or EA do them for you.
These are the things I pay my accountant to do!!...Perhaps you should consider hiring one..If you fashion enough to be corp-orated you build enough to take home sure your paper work is done properly..ss
Federal form 100 for the rates return (the state has their due return form also). You have quarterly estimated levy payments to make (100ES). You will probably own vendors that are not corporations so here will be form 1099 to each broker that was remunerated over $600 and the summary form 1096 to the IRS.

If you have any organization, there's 941 (quarterly payroll) with a corresponding state reporting form, 940 (FUTA), W-2 & W-3 an a cooresponding state form.

Aren't taxes fun? Hope this help and I didn't overload you. I've been doing this crap for over 20 years.
