Should an employer convey a intercontinental email prayer?

Question:
What if a person does not believe within God? Should an employer push their religious believes?

Answer:
I don't feel a company should push any religion on you. In most companies here are policies againist this kind of stuff. It is a form of harrassment. As the one man said yes religion does edify morals but it does not need to be within the work place or school. (ie parents opportunity to teach morals) I am assuming this is a christian prayer, it is rude because the company may enjoy employees that are not christian and may not believe contained by the same things.
Unless the employer is the Pope, the employer shouldn't be in somebody`s space his religious beliefs. More work and less praying, that should be his concern.
Not unless you are contained by an obviously faith-based community (ie. Christian Children's Network, etc). Besides that I regard it may be illegal.
unless it is a rule job, next you can't regulate it.

If you don't believe in god, afterwards that's your right, if you don't want to pray for whatever your employer is asking for prayer for, afterwards fine.

If you want to throw a fit because of the email, then you are subdivision of the problem. Freakin grow up and realize that your freedom of religion is not more important than everyone elses freedom. Just turn to the next email and quit trying to gross mountains out of molehills. Because of people approaching that this country has have to implement this and that to satisfy a few. Look at the conditions we are contained by now We'd be better sour with for a time religion in school and jobs. conceivably our kids wouldn't kill their classmates and our industry leaders wouldn't embezzle millions from their companies. Religion does coach morals. Obviously we are losing that concept and belief.

Question:
Volcanoes, Earthquakes & any kind of flood, if you're slowed down in innate disasters like these you could be contained by trouble!

But what of the Tropical Cyclonic storm?

I believe there's a way we CAN BEAT NATURE!

How?

With architecture - near what I've euphemistically called TELESCOPIC BUILDINGS!
See this clip:- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e06cnv55j... - Have you finished laughing nonetheless?
The main building surrounded by this clip - called Marineville http://stingray.sfdaydreams.com/...
(scroll to bottom) along next to other models in the classic kids hit TV show are competent to move up and down beneath the ground.

With properly watertight hatches couldn't this be the answer to hurricanes and typhoons?

Isn't the material challenge though, to 'scale' the unharmed thing up & create designs we can economically mass produce? After adjectives, we've been using lift IN buildings for a very long time presently - can't we take it a step further & somehow if truth be told make buildings INTO LIFTS to free lives during storms?

Answer:
I once read about a man that be in class and be ask to do a business on paper and be given a c for his project and was snigger at by his professor. Now the man has the fastest nouns mail haulier in the world.
Everything starts near a progressive idea. For every conception we start with near is going to be those who think it wouldn't , couldn't , cant or wont do. Thank God that population before and during our energy time didn't give up on their planning on how to save or to bring in life easier.
Just a thought didn't they use to scoff at the opinion of solar energy and presently more corporations and home builders are using it to build with. I would include the solar joie de vivre into your building plans and make your millions. Also it would label you millions in grant to build this idea. I reflect its a brilliant idea and best of luck to you bringing it to the adjectives.
Actually, the problem is moving the mass of the buildings. The lifts would enjoy to be huge, and they would work very slowly. Depending on the design, they would run up a good portion of the interior of the building or would require a huge underground installations.

The lift might compromise the structural integrity of the building. Large buildings require being anchored into the ground within ways that are not compatible with something resembling this.

This system would not work in coastal areas and any location near a water table in close proximity the surface. There would also be the issue of flooding into the recesses.

It is not realistic.

Question:

Answer:
hello!
Operations management isn't the single kind of organization you have to develope within your business. You need strategic-,operations- and top-bottom string management to bring back a so called 'heilicopter view' of your company. Naturally, operation management is drastically important. In operation, you can set goals to undertake in a specific time extent, and you can give every member of staff the tasks needed. Operations management is upright for the short term period in your product live circle, but not dutiful on the long term. Why? because during the long period, anything can happen: associates leave work, celebrated clients break the contract, suplies become more expensive, and so on. Therefore, operations administration is important, but hold an overview of the overall core business and stay away of contracts that seems to honourable to be true (they are).Don't delegate to much tasks, it creates 'bottlenecks' within your system and will slow down production. Don't set to many meeting. They are boring and don't help you. Waste of time. In my company, I use MBWA (management by walking around) to see if the right man or woman is at the right place.Talk to them, see their wishes, and then adjust the system.
Good luck!
