Garage Door Fiasco?

Question:
I have a decriminalized question. We have a garage door mishap when the garage door didn't open. I back into the door and the springs got perverted and the opener blew its circuit board. I call the repair man and was billed $170. Okay. Then I acquire a call from the supervisor wise saying he wasn't going to charge me it was their shortcoming the door didn't work.

Then the door's motor keeps running and won't stop once it hits the driveway. So I name them out again and they put in a hot unit. This morning the supervisor call and say he made a mistake and I hold to pay for the inital ring, but not the new introduction.

I'm just batty I keep getting the run around. And, nutty that he made that call contained by the first place. This is a national company and here they are saying they missed something and I do enjoy to pay after adjectives.

Once the company admits liability do I hold to pay the invoice? Or, do I negate their liability when I put money on into it?

Answer:
I'd say even though the door opening didn't work in the first instance, nearby was casualness on your part because you back into a closed door. No doubt the warranty covers defective parts but not negligent exploit on your part.
At $170, you get off cheap for your inattentiveness.

What is business synegy?

Question:
A supplier from Malasia write this to me,
ANY KIND OF "BUSINESS SYNERGY" THAT CAN BE FORMED?

Answer:
Synergies occur when two things combine and the combined operation is more well-run than the two individual operations, due to factor such as increased buying power, economies of mount, combining similar tasks, etc.

In simple terms, it is "2+2=5"
The integral is greater than the sum of its parts. Thats how we define synegy...business departments work best if they work as a section rather than when working individually.Marketing,operati... and other departments of any company can improve the bottom queue if they work together to acheive one common aspiration, instead of trying to go at it seperately.
Synergy is when you own similarities in how you do something.

Fundamentally, business synergy is when you hold similarities in how you operate and contained by how you conduct business. It may also mean you enjoy similar ideas on how to work together.

Why it is exalted to present a positive statue of yourself and your organisation?

Question:

Answer:
It depends what is meant by positive, if the figurine presented is a false one then it is probably more big not to present that image. In certainty the term photo only routine a representation of reality...not the trueness itself.

The world we live in is other more concerned with hallucination than reality...but I can't find a convincing argument to assert that this shared misapprehension is important.
Because other citizens respond well to positivity. It make co-workers more comfortable, and attracts customers and investors.
It's good for sale.
organization or organisation are both correct. However, most culture do not know this. So use the one they are most familar with.
Becqause lying is fun?
Very perfect question.

I infer the actual answer is that it provides clarification to those at the very top. If you hold a number of organisations and everyone surrounded by them is positive and works hard, and one of them succeeds and the other fail, then top supervision knows to invest surrounded by the successful one and close the failing ones.

But if the people contained by them all are miserable and pessimistic and one company succeeds and the other fail then top running won't know whether it was because of this negativity or the reality that the company was discouraging.

I have a related grill on this very subject to be precise currently open. Click my profile on the not here and look at my questions - its the top one. Do come and hold a look and answer.
Thanks

Can a company own more than one CEO?

Question:

Answer:
Can they? Yes. Do they? No. CEO stands for Chief Executive Officer. You don't generally enjoy more than one chief in a company, however you do own 1 President, 1 Chief Executive Officer (CEO), 1 Chief Operating Officer (COO), 1 Chief Financial Officer (CFO) 1 Chief Information Officer (CIO), 1 Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), etc.

You can have multiple Vice Presidents and multiple Executive Vice Presidents and multiple Senior Vice Presidents and one individual can hold two titles, i.e. President & CEO, or CIO & CAOor COO & Executive Vice Presidentand so on, but not more than 1 CEO.
yes- such as two brothers own the company 50-50 and both want to be active as CEOs.
No, one mountain cannot have 2 tigers. Wasting money (Feeding a CEO involved with million of dollars) and talent of the CEO unless you own many corps lower than one corp ruling then yes. Thumbman rules - Will you buy 2 cars same model at alike time? I won't, I rather own different model of the car I hold bought.

My country loves one corp with heaps CEOs. lol... What the hell!
No

Is a disappear within unearned revenue a positive indicator of a company's liquidity?

Question:

Answer:
24
It is a possible factor but not an indicator
Not exactly, unearned revenue, may be for a short period, it may start earn later. Of course, it indicates the company is not doing okay, and financially makes it insipid. If it happens for a short term , say one or two years it is OK. But contained by long run, it will end near liquidity. It all depends upon , how strong is its Capital bed, how long Company can withstand, unearned revenue or loss.

Answer:
ISO 9000 is a loved ones of standards for quality government systems.

ISO 14000 environmental running standards

The above are the common ISO standards. There are another 100 standards are also available : budge to the following link
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?titl...
Good for you, budge look it up
ISO - International Organisation of Standards. You will get full details, on this site:http://www.iso.org/iso/en/isoonline.fron...
the links given to you are slightly what you need to look at the list of ISO standards, however if you're looking for a particular standard, i suggest that you call for your local RCBs (registered certifying bodies)
also, standards are not given free if you may consideration, there is a download duty and requesting from RCBs may also cost you some bucks.
if you are doing this for study purposes, you may want to post questions that are more specific, i am sure at hand are thousands of consultants on line that can really relief you, that includes me of course.
for example, "what does clause 4.2.4 scrounging in ISO9001?"

very soon that is a specific grill that will make experts lunge to it. the term clause that i used is the occupancy for the numbering in respectively standards' requirements.
the contents of each standard is numbered within sequence called "clauses"

mind your Ps and Qs what you study because in 2008, leading standards will be subject to revisions, therefore those that spatter before this date may be ancient and therfore useless to study or use
