What does he/she come up beside? Money and risk of losing it. If he/she loses it then its the terminate of it. If you profit, then you can provide it back, but its adjectives about the agreement at the formation

It adjectives depends on the deal this partner made near the other(s) when starting up. If not clear at the time, he/she will need to negotiate beside all other partner to get to an agreement.
