I show respect to my team by NEVER tlking down to them, they are the reason I am still surrounded by business. I reward good team with more than a "biddable job" I take adjectives my mechanics and their families to any Cedar point or Kings Island every year. Three years running
They love it when we close the shop for them, It is not their vacation time I wage them. We all pile on a bus and manager for Ohio. If any of them are reading this I will let it out, very soon. in '07 we are taking a week and going to Disney WorldI am purchasing a collection for all 12 of us and our family, as the guys have children between 6 and 17. So Merry Christams guys and don't verbs 'bout askin the boss for time off. I'll be within too. I'll be honest it is costing me over 100K but you know what. I personally made closely more than that. and who better to thank than the families of these mechanics, sometimes we work 'till midnight if near is a problem or a customer comes in at 5 and say help me. We do. We turn not a soul away. Thanks guys. How did I do it, I invest, not only within my future but the adjectives of my employees.

starbucks does not franchise anymore. They stopped about a year ago. They license their entitle out to companies like Target and Barnes and Noble, but this is not equal as a franchise.

Is FedEx Ground reliable?

I was supposed to grasp a package friday but it never come. I tracked it but showed no progress. Is there anything I can do ?

I am not sure on that, we enjoy always have good luck next to Fed Ex. In other words we have never have a problem. A lot of it depends on where you live too, we are contained by a very small town and even though Fed Ex go through everday, it seems to thieve an extra day to draw from a package. We resembling using them because we can call and they will pick up at our house, we don't carry service like that next to UPS. We go thorough the post department only as a concluding resort. I hope you get your packet.
FEDEX=DEFEX. They suck. I work in a hotel and schedule a FedEx Ground pickup for a guest. I specified that I had to use Ground because they individual had a Ground shipping sticky label. They scheduled it for Air and as you would expect when they came contained by to pick it up they were rude and said, "This is a Ground shipping sticky label, we can't take this, you'll enjoy to call and reschedule." So the subsequent morning when I got rear legs to work there be a note not here from my night shift clerk wise saying that I needed to reschedule the pick up for FedEx Ground. I called them again and said that I needed Ground shipping. I get off the phone and just about 15 minutes later I get a phone call from FedEx. The woman said that she have just received a pick up direct and wanted to verify that it wasn't like package they have been programmed to pick up the day earlier. I told her that yes, it was matching package. She get VERY rude and said, "We told you yesterday that we couldn't pick that package up and it have to shipped FedEx Ground, not Air." So I got rude stern and told her that I had programmed it for Ground both days and that the people at the organization were idiots, conceivably if they spoke English it would have help. Good luck on getting your package deliver.
