not sure if i think through that question but i'll assume you're asking nearly the Accounts payable reconciliation. Usually a statement is received from a supplier stating amounts due. If these amounts agree to the General Ledger (the books of the company) then no reconciliation is crucial. If however there is a difference it's usually due to timing differences of billings and payments or sometimes amounts within dispute for example invoices the company said they paid but that the supplier said they didn't. usually tho it's that the company rewarded for a billing and the supplier sent out the statement before the recompense was received by them. so the co accounts will vote that the amount owing to the supplier is less since technically the supplier statement does not echo the payment lately sent by the co. Or it could be the other way around where on earth the co was billed but they received the statement past the billing itself. apart from those the reconciling items generally depend on the company and the type of operation as well as the supplier and what type of right or service they supply. if a statement is not received or there is no approach of finding out the company's balance on the supplier's books, near is no need for a reconciliation cuz after there's nothing to reconcile to. near is no magical template to follow. all you stipulation to do is understand first the personality of the reconciling items and how they impact the books of the supplier or the co.

Simple situation of controlling the money. When you are in a federation, you get benefits and the employer signs a contract beside the union. The employer may negotiate the contract, but at hand is not much choice in the thing. They end up giving the worker more money than they would otherwise get hold of, without the power of the federation behind them.
Unions build you reward the lazy a moment ago because they've been near the longest. They don't let you promote an outstanding member of staff unless they are the next within line. They engender it difficult to get rid of idle staff while at the same time dissallowing you to craft judgement calls. ie: you enjoy a good for zilch idiot who is always on the dot and a super star who loves his job and is helpfull and polite but is postponed for work on 3 occasions. Unions used to serve a purpose but now the individual positive job they do is alike job done by the Labour Board. Now they merely take your fees and afford you job warranty. Any good member of staff will always hold job payment anyway.

Also a union would not work inside Wal Mart, because in a federation an associate can only work 1 dept, because i.e. taking away a position that someone else can do. Yeah it would be nice to have every dept. within the store covered, but that isn't cost efficient for the store...Eventually the cost would be passed to the customer. What else does a grouping do, besides try to lobby for higher wages and charge you league fees. In some trades, it is good but union should stay out of retail.
