Walmart Shopping Cart Hell?

I work at Walmart as a "stockman" (tricky title.. it tricked me and now I "stock" cart..) in NC. Recently they replaced the elderly carts near newer ones but there's a huge flaw in their design. There's a piece of plastic on the bottom that when two or more cart are pushed together the back wheel of all but the extraordinarily last pushcart lift sour the ground. Before with the mature carts one stockman could operate the electric RC pusher and gain a huge number of carts beside no problem but now these cart slide like a snake and equal number of carts entail at least 2 or 3 citizens to control. We've all have near misses near these carts almost hitting cars. Unfortunately within aren't enough stockman at this store so we're forced to push adjectives of the carts by foot limiting the number between 7-9 at a time (not to mention that we have to tramp sideways with the cart just to prevent them from sliding down hill).
