Corporations Questions and Answers

Corporations purpose is to net a profit, noy to rescue their hometown?

Question:
In the movie Roger and Me, Michael Moore confronts lobbyist Tom Kay about whether General Motors should be held in charge for the demise of Flint, MI, which was where on earth General Motors started. Tom Kay responds by saying that "corporations purpose is to be paid a profit, not to save their hometown."

Do you agree or disagree near Tom Kay and why?

Answer:
Corporations only want to breed a profit, where I live they're destroying the environment purely to make a profit, and they hold also stated that when they're thru with the resourses they'll simply flee somewhere else.
By definition he is correct. Investors are risking thier means to make money. If they don't they suffer a loss. As pensions/401ks/IRAs invest surrounded by corporations regular people lose too if they founder. People find it easy to cheap shot corporations but if they can cheat on their taxes or spouses or anything else explicitly just fine beside them. Double standard city.
I grew up in a small town close Indianapolis Indiana where GM and its affiliates have about 18 automotive plants making adjectives sorts of parts for cars. That was contained by the 1960's. There was no Japanese cars at that time to buy and sell with. There be Unions, but things were going resourcefully. The town was full of blue-collar workers. Now to be exact all gone. GM have moved out and closed down the plants. Both foreign cars and Unions are to blame. Corporates will come and go. It is the Town's responsibility to develop a set off in lingo of businesses. Having one large business run everything is risky. Like putting adjectives you money into one account. A flawless corporation will try and promote well-being into the community. But if it is unprofitable, then approaching a cancer, it will become weak and die. That is Capitalism, not Socialism. We are base on a Capitalistic society that flourishes because we consume.
The reason they be shutting down the Flint plant is that it was no longer profitable. My interview is, what do you tell ALL the other GM team that you're putting at risk in proclaim to save that one plant? What happen the next time a plant become unprofitable? Do you keep that one running too? Pretty soon the entire company is out of business and EVERYONE is out of a livelihood. But you know, Michael Moore isn't the biggest thinker contained by the world. He's a movie maker.
Corporations are basically like relations... only they are of a much larger enormity.. People don't go roughly speaking giving everything they have to others, lacking keeping anything for themselves.. Most don't even want to compromise their luxuries for the benefit of others.. What they have mode in excess, they may deduce about giving others..

There are other exceptions though.. there are associates out there who don't guardianship whether or not they have something for their banquet, but will go ahead and back someone else..

Companies mostly are of the first kind.. Their first priority is to build profit. And after making profit, they may consider charity. But there are also some organization which are established for the betterment of society..
A corporation's ONLY purpose is to make money for it's shareholders. When you grow up, you'll figure out.
Corporations are designed to make porifts for their owners, the shareholders. that's what they're designed to do. By doing that, they create the economy more well-run and get relatives more jobs. If they help every hometown, there would be smaller amount money for more efficient job, more efficient work, and a better discount. By being something like profit, corporations build better technologies and do things for cheaper, making time better for the public.

what meaningful factor have an influence on the structure of a business?

Question:

Answer:
Probably the two most important factor are asset protection and taxes. A corporation can protect your personal assets, to some degree. If set up properly, a corporation can serve shelter income so that the individual pays less taxes. For the small business it may be accurate to file a Sub Chapter S see with the IRS, once incorporated. A Sub Chapter S corporation provides the protections of a corporation but is tax like a partnership. A regular Corporation is tax on profits and then the shareholders are tax on dividends.
structure should be determined by the number of employees, your expected business presence (domestic, regional, worldwide?), and probably the outlook of your industry.
govt, regulations

Can C.A. become shareholder surrounded by a pvt. ltd. company of which he is Auditor?

Question:

Answer:
No, it's a conflict of interest. You can do it but don't get caught. You will lose your C.A. license.

I'm trying to find resources relating to "hidden" brands contained by the UK.?

Question:
I'm looking for resources (e.g. examples, links, keywords) relating to "hidden" or "secret" brands in the UK - considerable companies that provide services, yet which ancestors might no have hear of, or have a terrifically high public profile; preferably deliver technology-based services. They might be "hidden" because they're "behind the scenes" companies or outsourcers, or are associated next to fairly mundane products. Some elementary examples could be ticketing services (e.g. ticketmaster) or consumer conglomerates resembling Unilever, whose public face are their separate brands.

Websearches for phrases resembling "Hidden brands" or "secret brands" don't show up various useful results, and I've not have much success within adjusting my search - I'm hoping there might be a rich seam of info out nearby that I just haven't tap yet (e.g. via blogs).

Thanks for any sustain!

ADL

Answer:
Procter & Gamble:
Has 22 brands which include - Always, Ariel, Bold, Charmin, Crest, Duracell, Fairy, Gillette, Lenor, Lacoste, Old Spice, Oral-B, Pampers & Tampax

Reckitt Benckiser:
Brands include - Airwick, Bonjela, Brasso, Calgon, Dettol, Lemsip, Neurofen, Resolve, Strepsils, Vanish & Veet

Is this the sort of info you was after?
I devise the reason you're not finding much is because the brands aren't mysterious or secret, reasonably the opposite surrounded by fact.
I don't know if within is a particular possession to differentiate between companies who use their own name as a brand and those who don't.
Maybe try a marketing dictionary/encyclopaedia to check.
? how can it be a brand if it is undeclared?
