Incorporation?

Question:
I need to get hold of incorporated to start my own company online...I checked websites, but I still don't know if I should be a S, C corp or LLC. I also noticed that it be very expensive..is nearby any way for me to seize incorp at a reasonable cost?

Answer:
Hi quizzed,

You probably would be better as a LLC corporation. It is easier and smaller quantity complicated then an S or C corporation.

You can do it yourself. What you want to do is avoid the 50,000 people who want to do it for you and charge you a ton of money. Don't investigate on Incorporating or something like that. Instead find your States site.

I don't know what state you live surrounded by but find your states site and search for corporations. For Example here is my state of Tennessee's site. http://www.tennesseeanytime.org/business...

I incorporated years ago & it simply cost me $25. I did all the paperwork myself.

Good Luck,

Norm
Hey Quizzed- Here's the thumbnail sketch something like corporations. You incorporate or file to create an LLC next to a state. If you incorporate you are the equivalent to Exxon or Microsoft and will pay federal and state corporate income import tax. If you file form 2553 next to the IRS you are making a tax see to file as an S corp, not wages any corp taxes, but will pick up all the profit on your personal return. In almost every shield, electing to be an S corp is the best solution to minimize toll. If you file to create an LLC, you should still wallet the S election for the LLC.
As to cost - it cost in the order of $500 for the entire process. This is really an insurance cost because the corp/LLC will protect your personal assetes in the event of liability issues at the corp rank. If you think it's expensive you any need more money formerly you get started or you should review whether or not you are ready to start your own business - especially on splash. You should do some homework as to the marketing cost of driving traffic to a website. Now that's expensive. Or the on going cost for the IT person to modify or better your website, or the $250/hour charge by the attorney to create/review documents, on and on.

You should read Winning contained by Biz it's all hugely clearly explained. And please don't tell me that 30 bucks is too much to income for a book.
That's not true, you don't have to incorporate. Go ahead and register the website underneath your own name and start doing business. Keep proof of every dollar you spend, or receive. After you formulate your first $1,000 in sale, go see an accountant and a legal representative. Until you have some actual income to report, incorporating is a incredibly silly and expensive exercise. Even after you have income, your accountant might support you to stay unincorporated, although, your lawyer will never agree. If you are concerned in the region of liability (e.g. getting sued by an unhappy customer), attain business liability insurance - incorporating is a poor substitute for that.

Has anyone worked for both UPS and Fed Ex? Which one is best to work for?

Question:
I don't mean the income or benefits.

Answer:
I know what your after. My uncle works for Fed Ex. He has too copious years in to go because he's close to retirement. He says he have found out that working for UPS would have be much better but he didn't consider that when he was younger. Fed Ex take a lot of amazingly large thickset packages that UPS wont take. This take a toll on your body (back, legs, muscle aches) as the years progress. They only dispatch one guy out with some things similar to treadmills and stuff, where at hand should be two people to heave that kind of consignment. He says UPS doesn't do that. You are merely supposed to deliver to the door, but it never fails that it's some elderly soul or young girl and after he ends up taking stuff inside. He has hurt his vertebrae a number of times. My standard take on his attitude is that Fed Ex doesn't really guardianship too much about their workers. He had to find someone else to cover for him when my Dad (his brother) be dying. He couldn't just be off his route and come to the hospital. He didn't end up getting to be near when dad died. I thought that was really horrible of the company. I can't read aloud if UPS would do the same or not, but I thought it be pretty crappy of Fed Ex.
Then what do you mean?..to be exact why anyone who works looks for...as far as operations, they are enormously similar and I would give the brink to UPS
ups there faster
My FedEX uniform fits better . . .
the UPS here contained by Raleigh is always other hiring.. so maybe FedEx is better. There's something to be said in the order of a place that is other hiring. Or maybe UPS a short time ago has better hype skills...

Is ebay trustworthy?

Question:
I was to bif on some things from ebay but see i dont know if a. they will distribute me my product and b. i dont know if they will use my information to track me down or something! i want some of yalls advice to oblige me decide!

Answer:
lil_rache...

ebay is a secure as YOU make it.

never buy from a wholesaler with smaller amount than 98.6% feedback.

NEVER send anyone WESTERN UNION!

NEVER click on a knit in ANY email!

ALWAYS settle through PAYPAL with a CREDIT CARD!

if anything go wrong, you have the selection of contacting the CC company and filing for a CHARGEBACK.
okay they cant track you down and they are trustworthy if you paypal they dont get in that money tell you obtain what you bid on
it is trustworthy for the most part... though I've hear you should be careful next to paypal if you are selling something, see paypalwarning.com and other sites
Ebay iz trustworthy.. i meanz, i got some stuff from dur
amazon.com iz also trustworthy
yes it is , i and my wife use it adjectives the time been buying and selling for a couple years in a minute and never had any problem. worst item that ever happen is it take a little more time for transference then you expect. but that individual happen a couple of times. still received the item
A big item of trustworthy-ness is the seller Feedback score.

This gain shows how many Feedbacks the dealer has received from other buyers. Also shown is a percentage mark.

Any Seller with a 98% or above win can be considered trustworthy. A Seller will not remain a member if too lots people complain and walk off negative feedback.
I enjoy never made a really large purchase on eBay, but I enjoy bought quite a few things here (mostly African violet leaves, as I lift the plants as a hobby). Ebay has be totally forthrigth with me; I enjoy seldom dealt beside a company that has be as up-front. I pay through Pay-Pal when I purchase something, and they correspondingly have be completely trustworthy in my experience. I enjoy had just one dispute with a hawker, and even that was handle well by eBay. My son sold some things in attendance, and they were equally even-handed near him, so I would not hesitate to recommend eBay to anyone wanting to buy or deal in.
yes, some sellers are trustworthy only just check the feedback. I don't go below 99% feedback. 98 is questionable depending on the amount of items person bought and sold in a morning. Make sure you use paypal for the extra protection.
But If you are a seller consequently EBAY SUCKS, they are getting so greedy with in attendance fees, not to mention that they own Paypal so they get double fees. Ebay wishes to be kind to the seller.

what are wal-mart's strategies?

Question:
business strategies

Answer:
Screw local business by having prices lower than they can compete next to because they buy in bulk. Screw the vendor by making them drop purchasing prices to meet their wishes of getting the end price lowest. I be a salesman for a large company and I sold to Wal-Mart for 9 years and witnessed it adjectives first hand. They would certainly throw vendors out of the store and not put on the market their product if the prices were not where on earth they needed them to be. (even though they were indistinguishable price sold to all other stores)
Build cheap cr@p within China and sell it contained by the US.
Advertise well.

Make one item cheaper than conventional, advertise it alot, than once you grasp people to come to the store to buy that item cheap, they won't want to disappear to other stores, so they'll buy everything else for more than it costs at other stores.
