I spoke to the university of Wisconsin Hospitals and clinics authority (search number in web). They are a valid hospital. The lady who answered said they are fraudulent and DO NOT TRY TO CASH IT. YOU WILL BE HELD LIABLE. Also in attendance is an investigation going on.
This is a SCAM. If you cash the check, it will any bounce, or the scammers will obtain your hill account numbers to verbs you out. I verified the routing number on the check and it is a valid number, but I could not determine which bank it be valid for. The Area code for the phone number on the check is a Saskatchewan area code. The University hospital would NOT hold an area code from Canada. The University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinic Authority uses Firststar dune in Milwaukee (according to my brother who is a CPA for the State of Wisconsin) not a US Bank out of Wausau. The phone number within the main communication for your response is in Manitoba. The message was stamped contained by Canada, so I don't see Amsterdam in this at adjectives except for the Global-Link Lotto name. This is a SCAM from one of our northern neighbors surrounded by a western providence. I recommend that you copy everything and send them to your State's Attourney General's bureau to report this.

YES i've had loads of problems near royal mail since moving to this house nearly two years ago.
they tend to put our post within order at the depot going 2,4,6 etc, single on our street (with all of 8 houses!) we stir round 1,2,3,4 etc.. so the postman will start at no 8 next door to me after give me no6's letters! and so on. And every house has their number on the door!!
plus i own more than a fair share progress missing, which is so frustrating as, as well as personal messages i also run a business from home!

no, not exactly. but i own had parcels taken to neighbours houses for them to sign (while i be out), the delivery companies usually post a card through the door to inform me though. and it's usually DHL, parcel force or parcel net, fairly than royal mail.
if you salaried for recorded confinement you can find out by phoning the number on the receipt you get to see if it was signed for etc... surely that mechanism that you have proof you sent it and it be delivered - overnight case closed!?
and don't worry around being taken to court, i'm assuming it's the county court. basically read though the papers and submit your defence, beside evidence that you did post the item (and evidence that i was signed for at the other end) county court bench are quite okay, and if you attend the hearing it'll be really informal and you can chat next to the judge to tender your side - if you don't feel confident almost going then opt for a tabloid hearing.

Hi. I'm sure you've followed this all up beside the Royal Mail but if by chance you haven't after see link below. It would come across to me that if you sent something recorded abdication and it was deliver with no signature you enjoy a strong case for compensation. Even the standard parcels service say there's compensation for damaged or lost merchandise, with proof of posting which it sounds as if you own.
