I own 50 shares of Sirius stock..how does the merger near XM affect me?
Question:
Answer:
joey has some worthy points but I will go a touch more in-depth.
Sirius' stock closed Friday at $3.70 while XM closed at $13.98. XM shareholders would get 4.6 shares of Sirius stock surrounded by the deal for respectively share of XM they own.
The big issue is regulatory approval. If it comes through, stock should go sophisticated, if not, better to trade this week when it heats up tomorrow.
Subscriber acquirement costs should drop and both companies have key deals next to car companies, designation that these devices are going to be more widely available.
Combine this with the strong growth surrounded by subscriptions for both companies over the last few station and I think Wall St. will be hot this week. Sirius should progress up...I would sell and put it contained by something else.
better send them to me
hold on it will run up and buy more
Positively.
you may be able to catch up to five shares of XM stock too early to detail but from this deal it looks close to XM won the war.
what are assets?
Question:
Answer:
Assets are anything that can generate income or not incur costs. For example, cash is an asset, a bond is an asset, stocks are assets because you may earn interest on bonds and lolly and stocks don't cost you anything to own them. Your house is actually a liability until you get rid of it. You have to settle taxes and upkeep even if you have remunerated it off. (Thanks to Robert Kiosaki for that perspective.)
Things that one possesses, that enjoy a value.
Assets are things you hold that have concrete value, similar to a bank statement, car, 401(k), bonds, stocks, etc. Other things you own may also have attraction but aren't assets, like clothes and TV's and furniture.
things you own that are of monetary importance.
An asset is defined as "anything of value". Value usually refers to monetary value. Something near which you attach sentimental value may or may not hold value to others.
From an accounting business point of scenery an asset is anything that is physical and has monetary utility. There are two types of assets, fixed and current. fixed assets are defined as anything that will not be exhausted within 1 year, such as: Property, vehicle, plant, machinery etc. Current assets are anything under 1 year such as currency, stock (unless shipbuilding/aeroplanes partsetc.) and Debtors.
In a personal finance/investing point of view an asset is chunk of an investment scheme. In investments an asset is usually composes cut of an investment portfolio, which is created by obtaining different "assets" such as shares, bonds, annuties etc. So one individual would try to obtain a diverse portfolio of these assets surrounded by order to diminish risk.

Of course it depends on the type of corporation, some are solitary required to file once a year. It doesn't thing whether you owe taxes or not, but that you FILE YOUR RETURN. that's where plentifully of corporations get within trouble.
as far as i know no i believe their is a 1or 2 year grace period
The larger examine is are charging personal expenses to the corporation (creating a loss). You can get away next to a loss for 1 or two years, before the IRS considers your corporation a hobby, and will disallow charging past its sell-by date expenses such as car, cell phone, rent, organization supplies.etc.

What will XM / Sirius Merger do for Sirius share holders?
Question:
I have 1000 shares of Sirius and be wondering if anyone has any other information nearly what will, if any benefits will do for Sirius shareholders?
Answer:
joey has some appropriate points but I will go a moment or two more in-depth.
Sirius' stock closed Friday at $3.70 while XM closed at $13.98. XM shareholders would get 4.6 shares of Sirius stock surrounded by the deal for respectively share of XM they own.
The big issue is regulatory approval. If it comes through, stock should go sophisticated, if not, better to supply this week when it heats up tomorrow.
Subscriber purchase costs should drop and both companies have focal deals beside car companies, goal that these devices are going to be more widely available.
Combine this with the strong growth contained by subscriptions for both companies over the last few camp and I think Wall St. will be hot this week. Sirius should travel up...I would sell and put it surrounded by something else.
First and foremost, the merger eliminates the competition between the two companies, thats the bright spot. Sirius have definitely be the more attractive stock all along but it's thorny to tell exactly where on earth satellite radio as an industry is headed. I see Sirius going to the mid-teens myself; but, I believe you noticeably need an exit strategy. Neither stock is a buy and hold, Howard Stern won't be around forever, and when he isn't, do his 6 million listeners verbs to pay $13 a month for radio?
1) Money.
2) Monopolies are other good for shareholders.
eBay request for information!!?
Question:
Why would someone sell something (like an apple hi-fi) and right to be heard that they will send the reciept from the store they bought it at so the buyer can transport it back and win a refund if they need. Why wouldn't the seller merely return it and get money put money on instead of selling it cheap on ebay?!
Answer:
there MIGHT be some lawful reason (like theyre incapacitated; someone works at the store they're trying to avoid; etc) -- but I'd voice it's much more likely its fraud -- I'd stay away from that one -- (how much history do they enjoy on ebay?? And, I think you can email them a examine, can't you? Maybe you should do that ---- but probably just stay away from things that are too well brought-up to believe)
Really doesn't make much sense to me, unless the store have a 30 day return policy, or something, and it is beyond 30 days since purchase.
In tons cases, sellers also return and win money back

More than being concerned next to the reputation of the firm, you should research the reputation of your actual investment adviser. There are honest investment pros; some bestow shady advice to bring in higher commission. There are also adviser who are too green in the grazing land to give solid guidance. Go to www.nasdr.com. You can research anyone who is licensed to sell investments as long as you know his/her first and end name, and current or chronological employer firm. You can also research the whole firm as capably, for that matter. Good luck!
that's a toss up,, both hold had trial problems, Morgan Stanley may be better right now
so my answer surrounded by A.G. Edwards

Well, so Tesco isnt the supermarket we adjectives loved?
Question:
C4 documentary highlights the underhand way Tesco is shifting Britain, just close to Walmart has to the US. Off shore accounts, landscape banks and a particularly dodgy computer for schools hatch up (parents need to buy a million pounds worth of shopping for one trampoline / 3,000.00 for one football. The Tesco clubcard is watching what you buy and when you buy - they know when you hold your period and when you want condoms - they even keep information on your see - this was one of the reason I cancelled my clubcard and requested my data to be delete - lets only hope it has be! Your thoughts
Answer:
Tesco is like Microsoft, it is becoming more powerful and as it grows, it's influence on people's lives increases, of late as it's political influence.
The best thing to do is only ignore it and don't buy from them (thankfully within are plenty of alternatives).
Companies collect too much information. I worked in a phone call centre, and I know going on for this, someone buys something once from a TV shopping channel and their details are next stored for years on the database; there is a cross-examine saying "are you jubilant for us to share your details with 3rd delegation companies", but we were instructed to not ask this unless the customer mentions this specifically. Personally, I never register my information near companies unless I can help it and other pay change.
Big Brother can watch over someone else.
Computers are taking over the world...
they are adjectives after something
no one does something for nought
Which magazine this month voted aldi and lidl as the top 2 supermarkets, makes you conjecture, dont it?
I think you're going over the top near this one Tesco like any other store is trying to put together money the best way to do this is to distribute the customers the best service they can the best way possible if this technique knowing what you want and when you want it by research what's the harm.
Sorry - who loves supermarkets, draw from real, its just a shop.
Why does it matter if Tesco know what i buy? do you be in motion round a supermarket with a covered trolley surrounded by case desperate foreign intelligence services find out how heaps bags of crisps you bought this week?
At the extension of the day its the cheapest place to shop, I dont contemplation if small shops go out of business because of supermarkets, I dont effort if they track what I buy and I never collected computers for schools vouchers anyway - adjectives I want is cheaper shopping. If you dont like it vote beside your feet and walk elsewhere - because the rest are SOOOOOOOO much better aren't they?
Why does Circuit City not honor their Price Assurance? I bought something and afterwards found it 800 bucks cheaper
Question:
I just tried to buy three TVs for the unusual house at Circuit City. I bought the TVs on Thanksgiving and intended to pick them up instore with a UHAUL finishing Thursday Nov 30th. On Nov 27th I found the same packet at Circuit City selling for 800 dollars less. I call and asked if they could price match for me and they said yes and to only just print the page and bring it in store. To get a long story short. I went contained by the store and Circuit City manager told me he couldn't possibly come down 800 dollars even though I have the information printed out. They did not honor the guarantee and I made them refund what would enjoy been roughly speaking a 5000 dollar sale. I will never do business beside Circuit City again.
If you are looking to buy any electronics around Christmas or for the New Year I would steer clear of them because of this. I ended up buying the rest of the stuff at Best Buy and Boscovs. Can someone make clear to me what I did wrong?
Answer:
wow. obviously Circuit City's lose
gratefulness for the input.. I found the Circuit City near here..to be deeply good .. but i would do impossible to tell apart thing..and receive the refund..and travel elsewhere..
good luck and congratulations on finding stuff cheaper..
i get my exchange on a copier which was individual $40
a Hewitt Packard and with technology shifting so much felt lucky. to obtain the $40 drop refunded surrounded by Circuit City..
Go to Circuit City's corporate website and write them letter to them that you did to us. Maybe you will go and get some satisfaction from them, I don`t know even a gift card for your aggravation. I hope you save all your documentation.
$800 is probably a different model / features / frills package, but if adjectives is identical, and some other peddler is using it as a loss leader later it would be unwise for a business to contest on a loss person in charge.
Business reality, you be able to end the order and grasp the loss leader price elsewhere, consider yourself lucky and person a whiny baby even when you finished up getting the super discount price says you might be a skin flint . . (maybe the result of a dysfunctional kith and kin that needs 3 TVs ?)
. LOOSEN up and delight in your bargain.
