If I be the c.e.o. of a f¨ēted briskly food restaurant why should I support local industries?
Question:
this is a project in economics
Answer:
Supporting local industries help to maintain the monetary viability of the towns where on earth you want to sell your product. If a town is not economically stable, next the population will shift to an area to be precise... meaning that you will hold fewer customers and/or possible personnel to maintain YOUR business within that town.
Also, supporting local industries is good PR...
There are several advantages:
1 - You can use local industries as your suppliers. Using local sources can lower your transportation costs (compared to import the supplies), thereby reducing overall costs and saving time.
2 - You develop goodwill in the community, which in turn contributes to an overall perception of your business. Branding is an major component of success.

Why corus have be sold to tata? despite that corus be doing massively very well?
Question:
Answer:
The Corus-Tata deal have been announced, but complex transactions approaching this can take months. It hasn't be completed yet.
As for "why would this mart take place despite that corus be doing very all right," when a smaller company is acquired by a bigger one, the certainty that that the smaller company IS successful is the reason why the bigger company needed it. (Very few bankrupt companies are acquire; too many potential liability, and the weak company can drag down the strong one.)
Who holds the matchless position within a company?
Question:
confused between CEO n Chairman n also tell abt COO
Answer:
This is a confusing issue.
The CEO in general holds the most power, but answers to the Board. The problem comes up when the CEO is also Chair of the Board. The CEO then have far too much power because now the Board is one directed by the CEO rather than the other agency around.
One person answered this interview by stating that the largest shareholder has the best position and that is sometimes true. If the largest shareholder owns 51% of the stock or more next that shareholder generally directs the focal decisions of the company.
The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for managing the inhabitants who manage the time to day operation of the company and reports to the CEO.
In an ideal company the CEO reports to the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors represents the interests of the shareholders and consequently keeps the company operating inwardly legitimate confines. The COO, CIO, and CFO all report to the CEO and net sure that the company is operating efficiently, lawfully and environmentally responsibly. That is an ideal company, but within are few of those.
Take care,
Troy
CEO
CEO - Cheif executive officer, and he is the one beside the most authority in a corporation.
COO - Cheif Operating Officer, works below the CEO and makes decision soley on the operations side of things.
CFO - Cheif Financial officer, oversees the financial requests of the company
CIO - Cheif Information Officer, in charge of adjectives things under the Information technolgy umbrella.
COO, CFO, CIO adjectives work under the CEO. The chairman of the board can sometimes be the ceo, but most of the time it is someone who is not an officer, and he necessarily heads the "steering committee" which is mostly what a board is.
Actually, the great position in a company are the organization, at least surrounded by the USA.
I would think the party who owns the company or the one who holds more of the companies shares in stock.
shareholders hold the utmost pos, ceo is the man who is involved in the daytime to day business decision of the company and the chairman runs the board of directors to whom the ceo answers who in turn answer to the shareholders
"President, CEO, Chairman of Board" 's Mistress..))))

how will you plan the miscellaneous actions surrounded by your operation?
Question:
Answer:
Delegate and share the load. Form an Activities Committee beside some of the organization member. Decide on a number of happenings, have your committee member gather information on respectively activity (transportation, parking, cost, benefits, etc.). Present it to the alliance with the details. Allow them to vote to determine their choice. Contact the event location and start putting together the plan. In practice, if the movement is a holiday event...again, find a location, find out the cost per person, size of the room, availability of the location, etc. Present it to the establishment. (You may want a group to decorate and set up and another group to break down.) Which entry (business) strategy is the easiest?
Question:
5 strategies to enter a new national flea market: Exporting, Licensing, Franchising, Joint Ventures, and Wholly-Owned Subsidiaries.
Which one is the easiest to do?
Which one is the cheapest?
Which one is the least risky?
Thanks profusely!!
Answer:
This is a big question.
Franchising have strengths and weaknesses. There are ususally big franchsie fees to cover promotion, etc. Also you usually have to buy adjectives products from them, and at their pricing. On the other hand, if you procure something like a Mcdonald's, later you are almost guaranteed to make a profit.
I wouldn't obtain into import/export unless you have profusely of start-up capital and know what you are doing. Th ekey to introduction is to buy in bulk at cheap prices, or directive to be made to spec (again in bulk). Then put on the market over here at market pricing, or simply below to gain market share.
Joint venture are risky because you need to really know your partner, as well as the open market. Usually, they dont end in good health, just close to regular partnerhsips. They always nouns good contained by the beginning, but personality differ, some partners work harder than others, diff nouns, etc.
With Joint Ventures and with Subs, you necessitate a good attorney (one for respectively party) and lots of documentation for what-if scenarios, approaching how much is the buyout for the remianing parties if one event wants out, etc.
Hope this be helpful.
I'm not sure, I'm single 14. Thank you sir, (or mam) for letting me answer your question. Thanks, 2 points.
