powerfully the cause for outsourcing could be a couple of things. if employer want to save money, if they implement unusual equipment and don't want to pay for training, if the force are already working max hours and they need more things done... the effects? mostly more profit for the companies, more job available for the reciprocal end of the outsource, but lucklessly most times, unemployment at the company doing the outsourcing. OUTSOURCING DOES NOT ALWAYS MEAN OUT OF AMERICA. I worked for a company that hired contractors to setup equipment and run it. not a soul lost their job, as they be new positions created. Another company outsourced a time consuming process to another local business, thus creating more time for us to capture other things done, and more patronization to the other company.

In July 2006 I ordered my credit report from an online company.I have never recieved it.Each time I call the company, the employees transmit me that it will take 7-10 business days to recieve it.IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 5 MONTHS!They said that own sent it several times.(They will not provide the dates,signatures of recipient etc.)Each time I call and ask for a supervisor,they dispense me some excuse...the supervisor just vanished a few minutes ago, all of the supervisors are contained by a meeting and cannot be disturbed etc.One of the times that I call this company, the employee told me that its the guiltiness of the US Postal Service.She said that they lost it in the messages several times.I have already notify the Better Business Bureau and the US postal Service Fraud Division.How can I report this company and WARN as many populace as possible about this fraudulent company?This company should be put of business.
