I was told that when a customer returns an item to Wal-Mart they can't put it posterior it back on the shelf, so they verbs it then throw it within the garbage.
It doesn't seem to be reasonable, but I want to know b/c I bought two extra TMX Elmos by mistake (the kids already have them) and I want to return them (I have the receipt). It's newly that with so heaps parents looking for them it seems a shame if they are destroyed.
If you worked for Wal-Mart and know for sure please permit me know.

Unless the product is defective, it goes right fund on the shelf. If it doesn't have a box (dvd players, tvs, etc.) it is usually sold "as is" or flecked down to make it more desirable to the customers. With the TMX Elmos, I would put it on EBay and see what you can return with from that!
Worked there years ago. The practice next was to put spinal column anything that could be re-boxed and was not dilapidated. Anything else (damaged) was returned to mfg. for credits.
If the product is still one produced they wills send it posterior to the company that made it. If the product isn't in production they will probably throw it away.

Well, I've returned several items to big Wally over the years due to malfunction or broken parts. When I went subsidise later, they be all wager on out there on the shelves. I guess they numeral it's better to try and sucker someone else into buying it than to eat the cost or distribute it back to the factory owner.

How could they product money by discarding returned items?Thousands of dollars worth of merchandise is returned each daytime,if not more,within one store location alone.They would lose millions of dollars.If a returned item is not broke or is not intimate i.e used breast pumps,any thing beside a seal that have been broken,or if an item is manifestly used,they wont return it to the sales floor.
If a item is unopened and get rid of able it will be returned to the self. Wal-mart have set up return policies with respectively of its suppliers. Some of the items they will get credit stern, some partial. Most stuff is returned to its central claims warehouse around the country for processing, and returned to the supplier. I'm some cases if a item cannot be returned to the supplier they will put it out "as-is" to try and build something off the item.

Walmart is only one company. There be a report on CNN Headline news ending month that said the highest compensated CEO made > $400million in pay; not including bonuses.
What will fix it? Only when people become outraged and constraint some common sense contained by salaries. The organization won't do anything (don't wanna mess with the free souk, they will say), but write letters to the editor... find out what your favorite company CEO is making... What is the multiplier between the lowest remunerated worker and the highest? 10x? 50x? 1000x?

I have a friend who get a job at walmart we both go to the same college same majors but adjectives through college and highschool I did office temping to earn money and experiance he didn't we both applied at like peas in a pod time when supposedly 20 spots were instigate and the manager even said one and only 14 people applied a month after the positions open he got the career I got rejected after getting rejected I as a set-up applied again under a different label and everything put no work history except paper route and get a call the subsequent day and be hired I told the person who call thanks but no appreciation I found someplace else to work
The reason is that the biddable employees who are worth more than 18k per year don't stay at Wal-Mart. They dance to higher paying job and there are generous numbers of people merely looking for a paycheck that can fill the holes of the those that leave. Do force at Wal-Mart need to be knowledgeable or have specialty skills?

In a nutshell, you can not use another company's logo to sell your own product. By doing so, you are imply that they have approved or endorsed your product----even if you enjoy a disclaimer that they haven't.
The definition of copyright infringement is using someone else's copyrighted/trademarked items for your own gain.
It is the last sentence of your cross-examine that really makes it an issue. When you vote that the logo would be visible because that would be what would flog the product, it makes it clear that your sale will come from using another company's logo. You might get away beside it for a while but some companies defend their copyrights especially vigorously. I read a story once where on earth Disney sued a daycare center for trademark infringement because they had mitt painted some Disney characters on the walls, If you are wanting to sell your items online, it probably won't be too long past the trademark owner finds out.

You could face some problems - not copyright, but trademark infringement (related, but different laws). Using your example, if you trade name some sort of product using the Pepsi trademark (the little globe entity they put on everything) and you sell it, Pepsi can argue that you are violate their trademark and using it to create a profit for yourself. They can easily bring an injunction to prevent you from further using their trademark and under the right circumstances can collect damages from you.
In essence, you're wanting to re-create & re-form another company's trademarks. I'd strongly suggest contacting a trademark attorney and/or license agent prior to doing so. Companies take their trademarks awfully seriously so it's best to go through the proper channel before doing something resembling this.
