I bought a toshiba 50" tv from them (i got the extended warranty too). 3 years latter the tv broke, they said they will fix it. So I waited 90 days (that's 90 days in need my big screen) for parts that never arrived. Finally they said they will replace the tv, and I waited another 30 days for that replacement.

They have my computer said it was the power supply. (I suspected that too) so I turned it over to them to fix it.
I bought the fresh power supply, paid the install and diagnostic fees and turned it over.
the guy from the geek squad that be to put it in (different guy from the one that told me what it was) call me and said NO way it could be that. He have no idea what it be, claimed to have run adjectives kinds of diagnostics on it and needed my permission to convey it away for more tests.

When I go to pick it up I had to retribution for the brand new power supply (which they opened) and TWO diagnostic fees. I MADE them return the installation so that was a small (tiny) feat!
I was pissed sour, so I decided to of late buy another computer (Circuit city this time).
My son (age 12) was grounded and for the fun of it he established to switch the power supply!

For what it's worth, the positions at Wal-Mart have a unbelievably high rate of turnover. It's not as desperate as the fast food industry, but profusely of the same types of problems go off. As a company, Wal-Mart must figure out how to train workforce quickly and glibly. They want to present the same picture to every customer which enters the store.

Strange thing is, they could pay cheque people more, to grasp better people that in actual fact have the knack for this type of work. If you next use your profits to build more outlets accessable to more people, you can increase your subsequent order and draw from an even larger discount. Walmart is the world's largest retailer with 4 times the sale of #2 Home Depot and probably 10 times whoever is #4 (Sears/Kmart, I think).
They buy in bulk and truck from their own warehouse. They don't pay workers well. (sometimes that's justafiable).
A lot of things are made overseas by associates working long hours so we can have low prices.
