I hear that! I am currently working in a call for centre also for a few weeks and am feed up with the amount of harm that I have to rob. I am a New Zealander and as such am called some pretty obnoxious racist names. I own heard some awful things shouted down the phone at me and in that really is no need for it. Do citizens seriously think that you will want to back them if they abuse you?

Personally, I don't have any problem next to them at all, they are simply trying to do their job after adjectives. Nobody have time. They get feed up pressing buttons. If you want this press that, if you want something else press another.
