I am really pissed past its sell-by date by this, because on that specific day; I be instructed by my boss to run errands for the company and attending inspection of the production output, That's why I wasn't being competent to input the GM's singatory in.

You want unfair? The company I work for give us vacation time. That's fine. I contemplate they should. But they also expect to have billable hours. Any time that you transport off you enjoy make up. So it's any work a bunch of overtime, for which we are not compensated, before you give somebody a lift time or rest up on your time off to enjoy the energy to work a bunch of overtime to craft up for the time you took off. We are individual able to accrue so much time next they quit giving it to you. When you are at your limit you are in truth losing time. But why take any because you own to make it up. If your company policy states warning (verbal or written) for any other problems (late for work, foul language or other) follow them to keep yourself from a problem further down the road... also if you hold daily audits or wellbeing cameras, if possible, to preserve a log of what that particular member of staff may be taking...

Although I adopt that Royal Mail do make mistakes plentifully of the trouble is the public, if their hand writing be more legible the sorting would get done quicker and you would carry your letters profoundly earlier.
