I'll play devil's advocate for a second. My response is a short time tongue in cheek.
Are these things you mentioned constitutional rights? Should a company be forced to provide me beside a bonus above and beyond what they have agreed to remuneration me? Anything we agree upon is the only item they should be bound by law to make a contribution me. If I agree to continue to work for a company that engage in such practices afterwards I am indirectly submitting to the change. I become a further worker in the labor supply that will adopt such practices. Thus raising the equilibrium amount and allowing the process to continue. In tons other countries the government forces companies to do oodles of the things you said. Unemployment is much higher contained by those countries.
What if, because of the new cuts, the company is competent to hire new labor that may own otherwise remained unemployed? Does that not afford a benefit to society? What if the increase in this practice raise the GDP and because of that the government become more profitable and does not raise taxes or even lowers taxes (Gasp lol which they not often do).

yes it is UK first retail superstores chain where on earth you can do your shopping but quality is sophisticated than in wall mart, staff is better rewarded and they have a greatly good food and drinks department but you can not find as oodles things as in wall mart. it is more up open market than wal mart. when i lived in london within the 90s i used to shop to Tesco and i appreciated it. now i live contained by Galveston Tx and i shop Wal mart and I am less content with the assortment of food and drinks
