we are small company using the TATA EX Next Genration software. REcently purchased two personal accountant for which the count flopies have not be supplied since May 06. When we called local rep we be asked to pay extra amount to upgrade .The original purchase itself is a departed waste. There is no service support or backing disk. We have written communication to Shri Ratan tata and GM TCS. There is no response. Now the software is not printing and local guy claims a fat bill to repair their own problem CAn any one back us as to whom shoud we write or how to proceed legally. I belive still TATA would not similar to to do this. someone down the line does it.Does someone hear .
