Not nearly as much harm as the U S rule has done to other nation.
Any monopolizing conglomerate hurts the economy. They give somebody a lift control of their industry and can change the prices and thus the discount at their will. They have the world on it's knees. Microsoft. Wal-mart. All hold been in attendance at some point or another. It's everyone's dream to aspire to get to that stratum in business, but when associates actually start getting at hand, that's when it hurts others. It's why being careless is bad for everyone. Only looking out for one's own gain and not a soul elses. Wal-mart and Microsoft are not bad companies, but it take the balance from the equation. For example Chicago will not allow Wal-mart into the City for the small business owners would clearly be crushed by this huge international corporate titan.

I don't mean to nouns like a smart A@##, but are you sure they are grey? I go to Word to see if I could see what you were discussion about, and after setting it up, I could see what you tight, that they appear grey, but once printed, they were black. Page numbering is computed certificate, and usually, computed text is greyed out when editing.
In the font attributes, when you spread out view -> header footer and insert the page number, put emphasis on it, right-click, and go to font. One test there is color (which default to automatic). Even if you change the color to bright green, once you close, the color on the eyeshade is light grey. Go to print preview and you will see the "true" chosen color.
jump to view-headers and footers.. next, select the page number by highlighting it. Now, choose black for the font-color.

Postv department is fine, but put it in protective covering like box or bubble wrap
Unless you know the exact postage cost to put on the bunch, you'll be best off taking the collection down to the post-office and having it weigh. They will then charge you the exact amount, if you guess the postage cost it can some times be asked incurred by the receiver.

Interesting post. I started my eBay selling "adventure" about 4 years ago. I tried unsuccessfully on and stale for about 2 years to get rid of products on eBay. There are so many factor that need to be right within order for population to bid.
I had this nagging impression that it's a solid business model to sell on eBay, so I didn't supply up.
