Ordered a calzone for delivery near my credit card. Got a call rear legs 15 minutes later. They accuse me of making harrassing phone calls, cussed me out, and refuse to deliver my order. They said that the harrassing phone call came from a blocked number but they thought/knew it be me harrassing them. I obviously didn't do it. She continued to wail ay me and cuss at me... so I asked for her boss, and she said that she was the regulator. I drove to the place to get my credit card information and address hindmost from the crazy person that call me cussing. She refused on the grounds that the owner took the information and disappeared.
I want an apology from the lady that be rude, so I am getting in contact near the owner tomorrow. Whether or not the owner can get me the apology, I want to variety sure as many those know about this grim business etiquette as possible.

It looks to me like you are taking the right steps to take an apology and some justice. Some things you in recent times have to tolerate go... but you could name the local news and report to them. Sometimes on a slow news time they will report just just about anything!

I have only just been treated horribly by a staff accomplice of a pizza place.
