Corporations Questions and Answers

Why do companys and entrepreneurs other expand when they can't even operate smoothly on an everyday cause?

Question:
They can barely function properly but they want to expand and attach more responsibilities. Example: Wal-Mart wanting to and selling grocerys. They bring pallets out on to the floor that are misstacked and dangerously tendency while the public are still "in house", cart in front of the door and parking spaces, disorganized or no stockroom, lacking and unknowledgeable employees, not fitting training and management, etc. but they are going to expand next to the assets and personal they have.
I know you enjoy a company that you wonder about as resourcefully.

Answer:
Because ambition and greed are stronger emotions than faithful planning and a calm desire for a stable, competently manage business.
expansion increases revenue and revenue produces capital and wherewithal promotes expansion.

IE the more the better or so it seems.
I don't know!!
ITS CALLED GREED!
aka capitalism...
Here's why: Because growth is the aim of any business. Without it, you become stagnantand subsequently stop having any business. In additionthe associates who strategize for the company are executives, and they don't interact with the family who work on the floor, so they really aren't aware of the logistics (like how you were adage that s*** could fall on nation and they're too stupid to care...) some of it is because they're stupid and some of it is because they truly don't own to care -- some individuals get promoted because it's easier to promote someone who is mediocre but know what is going on in a particular position, than it is to train someone from outside the org. . This leads to non-managerial types making it up the stepladder into a position where they deliberate their job as "manager" of something process that they get to perform less close to a manager and more of the "Boss-O-Saurus-Rex". They don't enjoy people skills. They'e freshly control freaks, but these people are the ones who attain to make the rules. Some ancestors think this is the American Dream. I expect it's poo disguised as goodness! F Wallmart anyway!
It is not a give somebody the third degree of the Company operating in a smooth craze on a day to morning basis but the issue of their existence in the dog munch through dog market on a long permanent status basis. Company's will end to exist if they are not expanding.

Any company or individual entrepreneur will be swamped by their competitors if they sit on their past achievement.
Because the companies or entrepreneurs want to retain or increase their share of the market. I am sure they do not in recent times expand for the sake of it. A smooth operation is not the point, but a profitable result in the business and finding a style to retain or build on this result!

McDonald's core products & pricing strategy?

Question:
1. What is McDonald's core products? ( what is the buyer really buying?)
2. What is augemented product? (atmosphere, customer interationetc)
3. what type of pricing strategy they are using? is it good or doomed to failure for the company?

Answer:
1) we may think core products are adjectives the fastfood it sold but actually it is selling its brand and dining experience.

2) augemented product ability the extra or value-add things that comes together with the key product. for mac, accompanying the food are the fast customer service, dining experience and the "i'm loving it" brand

3) mac's price strategy vary. sometimes they charge premium comparing to other fastfood restaurants but sometimes they also have low price strategy near discount coupons or cheaper deals.

its righteous for the company to use different pricing strategies because each of them certainly follows different corporate strategy.
1) Mc burgers. Mc Veggie & Mc Chicken.

2) Ronald the clown. The golden arches. They make kids want to come to their restaurants. Remember driving historic them and telling your parents, " Mom, let's step to McDonalds". Their colors make relatives hungry. Orange, red, yellow.

3) Competitive pricing. Good because they attract more burger noobies to their place.
Core product is "quick food" that is consistent - that's what the buyer is buying - that the >>>>> pack in the blank food item will be exactly alike, and delivered vastly quickly, ingredients, bake, size, et al.

Augmented products are new products similar to coffee - basically Starbucks savour without the dally.

Pricing is value attach - but remember that most McDonald's are franchises, and they are free to choose different prices, so this is not something home office can control.

Why do you ruminate Wal-Mart is getting rid of layaway?

Question:
I think it's a horrible point, but I guess if you want something, now, you own to get it right after. Haha!

Answer:
because all the off the record immigrants are not picking up near items..due to being deported...and the rednecks are too drunk to drive their 4-wheeler here to p/u their items.
to increase profits of course.
it stinks! I use layaway for christmas. not everyone can afford to do adjectives the christmas shopping at once.
increse profit.
I have be told that Wal-Mart considers it more of a pain to hold a lay-a-way department because of the many general public who place things on lay-a-way and do not retrieve them. Having to process the items and place them back on the sale floor is costly, when another person may own just purchased the item if they saw it on a shelf.
However, on the other side to that, lay-a-way have helped me purchase things within the past and I hatred to see it go.
Because they want you to use their credit card or grant card. I too think that it is horrible that wal-mart is getting rid of their layaway plan; but according to them they are losing money but they don't want to charge a "layaway" tax like kmart and some other stores due. I'm trying to put as much stuff on layaway in a minute until November 19 before its over. Now what will parents do just about back to institution and the holidays. I used walmart's layaway alot sometimes I would see something in the store that Iwanted and beside the knowledge that when I would come wager on it won't be there any longer be at hand I would put it on layaway. I guess I might have to put stuff on layaway at kmart from very soon on (glad we still have one)

Farepack Hampers Fiasco?

Question:
I have be following the news and relatively honestly, I'm astounded at the media attention this Farepack creel company is being given, and the please for abet. I cannot understand why race have even be considering this as a means to providing for Christmas, the hamper are ridiculously over priced, the toys and gifts, crap and vouchers, well, they can be purchased throughout the year. So why, do so masses of the so called 'low income' groups plummet for this type of business, why not simply be self disciplined and save money surrounded by a bank where on earth you cannot get access minus say 90 days' consideration, or buy vouchers throughout the year and put safe to one side, and near regards food, why not simply put aside the free stock on the BOGOFF deals?
I also do not read the government giving this nouns time, this is a business gone bust, if it were a sofa company next to promises to deliver in time fro Christmas, and go bust, they would'nt be getting air time contained by the House of Commons? WHY, is this?

Answer:
You are as puzzled as I. When you consider the number of commercial failures that enjoy happened surrounded by the past, the slipshod pensions scandal, which is far worse, it make you wonder.

The bit that really galls me is the track people are getting morally blackmailed over this, the connotation that if you are a big business and don't cough up for McCartney's initiative, you are somehow a hard-hearted Scrooge.

The mistake does lie near the govt. but only surrounded by the sense that it has never legislated to rein within the bosses, who laugh adjectives the way to the guard and still live in leafy suburbia, while the losers, whether they are daft picnic basket buyers or genuine shareholders, still suffer.
It's alright to be on a high-ranking horse when it's not your problem isn't it?
because as you state it mainly affects the poor .population who may not be self disciplined enough to budget for Christmas and why have this company left it so behind schedule as to collect all the brass then announce its going bust...you can bet your bottom dollar the directors of this company wont be going short this Christmas
Unfortunately oodles people simply don't hold the self discipline to put money aside and this is the only method they can sensibly let go for Christmas. Bear in mind lots of these people don't even enjoy bank accounts and live surrounded by a cash-only world.

Someone comes to their door and collects the cash from them respectively week. Once the cash have been hand over they can't spend it - which otherwise they probably would. Likewise if the people bought the vouchers themselves from the glorious street shops, it would be too much of a temptation to spend the vouchers whenever money be tight.

So, although a commercial organisation (and hence in business to build money) Farepak did actually provide a adjectives service to those without financial discipline. These those were showing sense by planning ahead and planning for Xmas to some extent than building up debt.

Dint forget that Farepak didn't make money from the those saving, but made the money by getting bulk discounts. Unfortunately when they go bust it was the saver who suffered - and those savers are mostly those who can least afford it, hence the national interest.
Thank Taurus that nearby are people approaching you with a brain, and the other answer surrounded by concurrence with you; And here I be thinking I was the finishing of my kind.

I too am completely astounded that some folks prepare for christams in this bearing, amongst other things; Did you know that over 1m Brits DO NOT HAVE a bank sketch. wtf??

I bear further appropriate news though; Darwin states that the worst of the species will be kicked out, so some hours of daylight there might single be ones like us departed. What joy, none of their idioticisms to put up next to.

I hope you continue to use your brain and remain the top serrate thinker you are!
