I don't like it because they enjoy all sweatshop-made products and the items are made through child labor. I saw online a rating level fot the companies that use child labor-made items and Walmart got an F.

There's a Wal-Mart human being built now contained by my neighborhood area and I know for sure that they are putting smaller places out of business already. Lowes is also individual built right next to it. Not lone does it cause horrendous traffic issues, but it is not party to the surrounding businesses. The K-Mart that my mom practically opened is man put out of business and my family have been going in that for years. I abhor Wal-Mart and have refuse to shop there my entire existence.
Walmart overworks, and underpays the employees. Since Sam Walton died,It have gone downhill, fast. I used to work here. And got tired of adjectives the crap from snotnosed manegment.

I think Walmart should try to follow the example of training their human resources in like manner as the Target stores do. Whenever you stir into a Target, every employee that you get together while you are shopping will make eye contact next to you, warmly greet you and ask if you requirement any help. They feat as if though you are the most important customer contained by the store. I have take in this in every Target I hold ever been within. Whenever you approach the checkout counter, no matter how busy the clerk will be, you draw from the same attention.
This does not evolve that often contained by Walmart. Many times you cannot find anyone to help you, and when you do, they will inform you they don't work within that department. Several times that I have approach the checkout counter to complete my transactions, I be not spoken to until I was told what my total be. I am not saying that every hand of Walmart does this, some are quite devoted and do go out of their means of access to help you, but this does not arise very recurrently. I realize they are probably overworked and underpaid, but it it were not for customer, no body would necessitate them. This is something that I have really be noticing as of delayed and wonder if anyone else out there have noticed this too.
