Because outsourcing job like phone operator is soooo much cheaper for big phone companies that only want profit. They can enrol cheap labor from other countires (mainly third world) and pay them subsequent to nothing compared to our rates here within north america. I've never be suspended, so I can't answer that. But I've found eBay to be totally USELESS whenever I have problems beside ANYTHING. I would re-register under a different autograph and credit card, like the other culture suggested.
