Being a fulltime retailer, I'd advise against using Paypal and achieve another method of receiving online payments instead. They do not require you to use Delivery Confirmations nor the retailer to buy insurance. If a seller notice you did not use a Delivery Confirmation, they can file a fraud claim even if they get their item and get reimbursed even if the merchant can prove they mailed the item by a post bureau receipt. They did this to me and probably frequent others.

After talking to other race about it I found out my cousin lost over $1200 from them.
