I sent them a long email bc they sent me a faulty latop-they overlooked it. SO I called them and after 40 minutes of conversation to a guy who spoke less english next my 2 yr old neice, I be nowhere further then b4 I have called.

Think nearly this for a moment...they have such great deal on their computers. They get away beside it because enough populace rave about Dell that it must be the customer's responsibility. I have other been exhausted of their products because their prices seem to cheap. I am approaching that with Gateway too. The best ones I've found are HP computers or Sony VAIOs. Both are largely quite moral and I hardly hold any problems compared to others that own Dells or Gateways.
Oh my Goodness. They really suck! They are like, economically try this, then this. if it doesn't work telephone call my voicemail. Are they serious? Get your butts down here and fix my computer face to frontage!

Dell's support is so discouraging because they found out a few years ago they can save a ton of money by shipping their services over sea. By saving adjectives this money they can buy cheaper parts and pass the funds onto the customer. That's why there are soo several problems with Dell computers because they are cheaply made and nearby is practically no support for them. I work on computers for a living and I tell you I could interested up a shop and make a pretty apt living on just servicing Dell computers because near is such a high constraint for repair and customers get frustrated trying to gain warrenty work done.
