A LEGAL interrogate involving Business Agreements?

Question:
Specifically, OPERATING AGREEMENTS. Does anyone have any belief what the penalties could be for a entertainment violating it?it's between two family, 50/50 ownership.

Answer:
Well I would have to own a look at it before giving an informed belief. A quick, down and dirty explanation is that operating agreements may hold a Liquidated Damages clause. Have a look for this clause first. This will tell you what the remedies are contained by the event of a breach. Also, Operating Agreements may be subject to a Limited Partnership or Shareholders Agreement. I am not sure if there have been a partnership formed as this may also hand over you some direction as to damages.

It will also depend upon your jurisdiction as some are a little more advanced than others (for example New York Law). My closeness is only beside Tort law within Canada and some exposure to New York law. Some drafters of trial docs prefer to be silent on this and allow the courts to decide but I believe seeking injunctive nouns is a big risk.
question involves is reliability, cost may depend on the % of violation, costs % of once profit, if profits, cost according to violation.

its disgraceful, a friend sent me a 10p chocolate pole as a joke and the envelope arrived at my bureau empty near a note to contact the organization,I didnt thnk it was worthwhile reporting but seriously what sort of population steal 10p chocolate frogs??
:-0
report to your local sorting office
thieving rabble Postman should be shot. go to the police and report the break-in!
Yes, take it further! That is disgusting. My friend's postman just now got sent to prison as they found out he have been stealing adjectives the chequebooks and bank details of the culture on his round and using them to withdraw money from their accounts. You can't be too sensible with identity appropriation these days.
That's horrific!

Report it to the police first. See what they say and report it to the post bureau manger or supervisor.
Hi!

That's bad isn't it?

I used to know someone who worked for the Royal Mail and he told us of adjectives the scams they used to verbs to nick stuff out of envelopes. They used to bring through a lot of kettles and bonding agent!

He has immediately emigrated to Australia, so there's one smaller number of 'em at it nowadays!

These days, I ALWAYS ensure that anything I distribute via Royal Mail is well and truly support and impenetrable!

Lat week I sent out a large parcel beside an item I sold via ebay, and the recipient told me it took him 20 minutes to go and get into it!!

Better safe than sorry, eh??!!
Whatever you do - don't agree to this drop - obviously something is up! Go to the police and trademark sure you complain enough to force the post bureau to act!
I've have quite a few things be in motion missing over the last year. I've tried to complain a couple of times but the post organization were really contrary - they closed ranks and were in reality quite rude to me.

Send everything by record or special delivery - it's the merely way to fluff up them.
Definitely phone the police first to get a mention number and some advice.

Almost every single card I bring (xmas or birthday or whatever) is opened, and deliver in a plastic shoulder bag that Royal Mal stick it in when its start on. I used to never receive a lot of items I ordered from Play.com too, until that time I moved out of that area.

Apparently at tiniest 1million items are known to of late disappear each yeah within the UK, God knows how copious of those are valuable!

Young women selling coffee while scantly clad: Good buisness or sexplotation?

Question:
Recently, an article in the Business cubicle of the Daily Breeze of Torrance, California, did a story on a small coffee stand in Tukwila, Washington call: Cowgirls Espresso. The company employs infantile women dressed in revealing halter tops and bras to serve coffee at these small drive thru coffee stands. According to the article, the women wear 'pasties' over their nipples and as long as they aren't showing their breasts and buttocks, they aren't breaking the regulation. And according to the patrons (who are predominately male), the coffee ain't bad neither.
Business, according to the article, is honourable (huh, who wouldda thunk it?). The stands make something like $800 per day, near the women receiving minimum wage, plus $80 to $150 surrounded by tips.
Question for you ladies (or anyone who cares to answer): Is this upright buisness or blatant 'sexplotation?' Please elaborate on your response.

Answer:
Both. Its a accurate spin-off of the Hooters business idea, and sex still sell. So long as its come right up to but doesn't cross the legal flash, they're fine. However, the vice standards of pasties and hip-huggers aren't to the liking of some, who might prefer it to be more puritanical. If they have a feeling the need to cause an issue of it, let 'em. But later there are women who aspire to these kindly of jobs and men who solicit these bar and restaurants. But who decides a community's ethical weigh other than the community itself? The wages aren't great, but when its coffee you're serving you can't expect be capable of pay giant wages. The decent tips may supplement the low wage. I one-sidedly wouldn't make a job out of it - since waiting tables is rugged work, I also wouldn't want to manage that type of business - retail products & service businesses are a drag to operate. But the reality is its a business view with built surrounded by marketability.
Well, it is just similar to a topless cafe in some of the countries. Not prohibited but morally wrong.
Good business or exploitation? Both.
Face it, sex sells. Hooters is a prime example. And they're billed as a family circle restaurant!
this is demoralizing.
Sex sells everything...apparently you can make great tips bad a $2 cup of coffee too
it is sexplotation ..wonder why Starbucks didn't think of it first?

what is it next to people?
ANYTHING FOR A BUCK!
Boobs are of late boobs... seen one you see them all and we adjectives have them...sheeeeesh what subsequent?
Hey, sex sells. You see it on adjectives forms of media and media hype. It seems approaching where moiney is involved, anything is carnival game, and nil is taboo anymore.
This is disgraceful. I feel impossible for the young women who perceive it necessary or even of late want to participate within an organization such as this coffee stand. They swot to build up a wall to men and only do this for money. They won't know how to have sound relationships. I hope they can find the confidence to stop treating themselves so poorly and choose education as a weapon against this sexist exploitation. Ladies, please, please know you are worth so much more than $150 contained by tips.
Good business...

Everyone makes a concious choice around how they want to live there natural life. If I like a moment or two eye candy with my coffee contained by the morning and I am willing to remuneration for it than that is my choice. If you don't similar to it then progress to starbucks. The employees also hold a choice to work there or not. They could work at McDonalds if they required but they get better tips I am sure at this coffee shared.

Boys will be boys. And you will never see my daughter working there while she lives surrounded by my house. But America is a free country, a lot of ancestors have lost in that lives to defend these freedoms.
Can anyone utter dirty pubic hair contained by teeth after drinking coffee.
It's not difficult to understand that sex sell. This is definitely sexploitation, and I quality sorry for the women who are allowing a boss to use them in this bearing.
How many of the women are forced to work in that? Are any employed there that didn't choose of their own free will to work within?

Unless they are somehow forced into it there is no mete out to complain.
its bad
adjectives you fat repugnant women are just selfish you actually enjoy to work for a living instead of just flashing some skin...
$16 to $25 bucks an hour (counting tips)...? for serving coffee? put me surrounded by some pasties... pity I'm a guy...

Is it sex ploitation - much advertising directed as men uses women to attract the manly market... its simply polite policy - us guys are dumb that way.

Considering the amount they're making, I reflect they're probably better off than working at Taco Bell...

Just my .01

-dh
There's nil wrong with it and near shouldn't be any reason for complaints. The women who work nearby and wear the costumes and doing it of their own free will. If they don't want to do it, they could just as efficiently quit and find a job somewhere else.
And anyone else from the common public who would complain about it person immoral doesn't enjoy to buy their coffee at that particular place.

Anyone besides me assume Jack Welsh is the antichrist?

Question:
Recently retired from a company that was doing okay & generally a honourable place to work until there be an influx of former GE management types.
They spread the GE culture similar to a cancer.
I was told exactly what would come about to my company after the Welsh wannabes got their foot contained by the door.
Eg.the "Quality" program, black belts & green belts, the champion program.
All smokescreens to cover up the killing while preaching teamwork, responsibility to the shareholder etc.
I swear "Neutron Jack" studied the technique of Hitler& Stalin.
His organisation reflects the structure of the Nazis.
His interrupted purges & pressure management are pure Stalin.
Not only a rant...It hit me one day that this have all happen before.
Out of the business world in a minute , but I feel sorry for the immature people coming into the opening market.
Any friends be through the same entry?

Answer:
Anti-Christ eh, havn't heard that characterization beforehand. GE types I've known, including a nephew, are cold fish. They tend not to relate capably except to their own circle. Neutron Jack's 5 sigma approach filtered the human touch out of organization. The wanna be's love to find a company which doesn't have such a structure and later just pass off it. This gives them a mechnized bearing to squeeze people.

I'm afraid that contained by the aftermath, GE lost the break through type of human spark as well. Hope you don't hold too much GE stock which have about a -3% growth surrounded by the last 5 years.

Alas GE is not the with the sole purpose company with these practices today. Enjoy your retirement, you quit at a righteous time.
Nope. The scripture never says the antichrist is an individual, personal human one. It only say it is the spirit of antichrist. Bad theology that's been making the rounds the later hundred years. It pays to look at the book alone, closely. With a concordance, a notepad, and a pen. Nobody's attained perfection. So far as I know.
Sorry I don't know him. I took a quick look online and I hold to say he looks a short time creepy on the cover of his book. A little like Jack within The Shining.

What company would be an example of a flat institution?

Question:

Answer:
Let's put it this way. The not as much of layers of direction, from the very top to the incredibly bottom, the "flatter" the organization is.

Fewer layer is not always better. The belief is to have the correct/optimal number of layer to run the business and get the results you want while minimizing costs.

Managerial rights?

Question:
rights of a manager within the workplace

Answer:
US-based answer.

Typically managers are exempt human resources. Exempt employees enjoy very few rights, several less than non-exempt organization.

Basically the exempt part mode that managers are exempt from most parts of the labor code. The company necessarily has to keep hold of track of when they hired you and when they fired you. They don’t have to supply you breaks, pay you overtime, reimburse for any uniforms (even if they require one) and so on.

Many bigger companies enjoy actually be brought to justice for abuse their management staff. However the non-existence of Manager’s rights remains a far reaching and importantly abused situation (at least in the US).

The rational they use is that Managers somehow enjoy control over the circumstances of their employment. But in the enormous majority of situations these exempt employees own no control.
