and what else is there besides (r),(c),(tm) ?

Answer:
TM - Trademark
(R) - Registered Trademark

(r) means it's a registered trademark

TM--is a non registered trade put pen to paper
The TM or SM symbol is to be used for marks that any have a in anticipation of trademark application OR for marks that are simply claiming the rights to the speck.

The (R) symbol is to be used for marks that own a Federally registered trademark.

In essence, a trademark can be almost anything that is used to identify a exceptional product or service. Registering a trademark grants the owner exclusive rights to the blemish within the specified industry. Of course, it's vital to research the mark comprehensively prior to file to ensure that there is no possibility of infringing upon another gathering.

The (c) symbol is used to denote copyright ownership.

Copyrights can be obtained for things of an artistic quality. This includes, of course, poetry, films, sculpture, music, fiction, etc. But can also include things that may not necessarily seem "artistic" within the general sense of the word. Copyrights can also be obtain for advertising copy, games, software programs and blueprints, to given name just a few.
