2. C or S status is determined by a quantity of facotrs. It depends, amoun other things, on the number of employees. If you hold undrer 50 and do not intend to go public anytime soon, you shoud look into S corp status.
3. the investor human being given preferred stock should be given stock certificates and doesn`t matter what else is prescribed in the offering documents.
4. I am sure you want an inexpensive legal representative, but you should go for a honourable one who is familiar near internet businesses and can set you up appropriately. Do not be penny wise and piund foolish.
5. C copr own double taxation. It mean the coproiration is tax on its profits. In addition, shareholders are tax on the dividends they recieve. hence double taxation. In an S corpoiration, only the sharerholders are tax.

Do you give attention to the cavity between the wages of the poor and executives is fine or is it a problem?
Question:
http://www.alternet.org/workplace/49631/...
Answer:
I think it is unwarranted.
In a free, capitalistic society, here will always be a cavity between wages. Remember, it is the executive owner who has taken the risk, and put his/her money on the vein to create a business to employ the working class. More risk can front to greater returns, but also greater loss potential. They should be rewarded for their efforts. True communism would not allow this cleft to exist, but communism does not work. Man operates best when given goal and rewards to pursue. Communism curtails those goals and assumes that adjectives men only want the best for other men.
instrument of the world. There will always be 2% of the world that can numeral out how to cream the other 98%. That doesn't make it 'right' but it make it unavoidable.
If you play the winter sport by the rules, you'll be either the 2% or the 98%. Would you seriously want Corporate America run by someone who former high conservatory math? No, you want someone with some smarts, righteous contacts, business experience, a bit of school, some accepted wisdom. By the time you are about 18, its pretty much determined if you'll be contained by the 2%. Some say as precipitate as 8 years old. In England, pretty much when you are born.
Now if you DONT play by the rules, its unseal season. Mick Jagger, Princess Di, Dali Lama, the Pope, Picasso, Karl Rove, Bruce Willis, John Grisham, Col. Sanders, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Jimmy Buffett, Shakira.
how does modern technology affects the workforce? Then vs. presently?
Question:
Answer:
I don't know about the 'then vs. now' member, but...
Here in Washington State, home of the uppermost minimum wage in the country (and it go up every January 1), employers are using an ever increasing amount of technology to stamp out as many minimum wage job as possible.
Automated self-service and self-checkout is popping up everywhere. Far beyond the automated pumps at the gas station and the ATM machines at the bank, immediately we have self-checkout at grocery stores, hardware stores, and even the movie theaters, to pass just a couple of examples.
The local drive thru window at that golden arches joint are no longer locally staffed. Now when you place your command, you're actually discussion to a call center two states over. What a traffic for them! Fewer employees surrounded by Washington State, and they're paying a lower minimum wage too!
Even the State itself has gone almost totally self-service. You can grasp car/boat tabs, profile business taxes, apply for business licenses, and agenda construction inspections all on-line.
So, those that approaching an increase in minimum wage entail to understand that it comes next to fewer minimum wage job, as well.

what is the different between the mrp and jit?
Question:
Answer:
MRPII endeavors to give direction visibility of, and control over, all the processes going on contained by a manufacturing or assembly environment. The belief is to change from a “push” production system to a “pull” system where on earth the right things get worked on at the right time to touch the customer’s needs and downsize the inventory and work in queue for the producer. MRPII is newly as applicable to small organizations/shops as to large engineering concerns.
JIT endeavors to have the parts/components arrive at the assembly (or sales) point purely when they’re needed; not too early but not in arrears. Theoretically it reduces costs for the running out process and improves overall supply manacle management

In the travel case where they are owed delinquent taxes the IRS can impact asset transfers, but outside of these two reason, their impact is extremely limited to non-existent.

Who really uses child labor?
Question:
I started hearing that a store I approaching uses child labor, which is Hollister. Infact, I was told that the adjectives Abercrombie company does. Then a little subsequently, someone told me that all Gap stores (Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic) uses child labor as economically. Now all of a suddenly I'm human being told like every store uses it including Victoria's Secret and the Express companies, Disney, Wal-Mart (although I thought that issue be resolved), and the list go on. I'm not sure if all of these allegations are true or if undisputed people purely have this antipathy for these companies. So, does anybody know who really is and isn't using child labor?
Answer:
They certianly have their products made surrounded by places like China, Korea, and Indonesia where on earth there are no child labor law, or labor laws at adjectives for that matter, and they can discharge the children less than adults, so it make more sense economicaly to the big fat guys running these places to do that, even if they know what effect it have on the kids. You can never be sure.
And by the way, Tommy Hilfiger (or however you spell it) claims that thier products are made within USA, but they are actually made on an island that is to say technacaly a US teritory, but there are no taxes nor labor law there.
you never know in that are little sewing shops all over china and **** and stores proclaim there stuff from nearby so it could be a kid or an old dude

Where can I find quarterly statistical facts? It can be assorted things: crops, revenue for retail firms.?
Question:
I am in a forecasting class and our project consists of finding facts and making a 2-3 year quarterly forecast. I cannot find a website that has any apt information. Can someone please help? Data next to seasonality and/or trend, such as retail firms or crop production, would be benifitial. THANK YOU!
Answer:
Well for quarterly reports on any publicly traded company's revenue, just move about to the Securities & Exchange Commission's Web site and search for a company. Here's the scrabble page:
http://www.sec.gov/edgar/searchedgar/com...
For crop information, the U.S. Department of Agriculture is probably a good start:
http://www.usda.gov/wps/portal/usdahome...
They hold a link to commodity bazaar reports (under I Want To... on the righthand side), which sounds like the type of information you're looking for.

Do you reason Wal Mart is corrupt & is ruining America? Give me your feedback... See details below...?
Question:
Watch the G00GLE video... go to www.G00GLE.com click on video and copy and blend this: Wal Mart: The High Cost Of Low Prices
Answer:
Walmart is definatly ruining america. Everything on their shelves is made in China, what nearly American jobs beside a living wage? Certainly not at wal mart Americas largest employer where min. wage is the best they are likely to offer most "associates". They lobby our tenet makers to keep hold of min wage down to keep their profits soaring. Watch the movie its an important look inside a company that have way too much control over this nation.
BAN WAL MART BECAUSE IT IS UN-AMERICAN!
i regard they are because little family owned businesses are going out .
I watch the video & I feel Wal-Mart is a great place to shop at.
Walmart is ruining us adjectives the way around. I don't call for a video to know that. I worked for them for 4 years. They are slowly putting the "little guy" out of business. They are the one's that made that old slogan "Made within America" a bad article. It is because of them that it doesn't exist anymore. They cut hours and try to get rid of general public who are making too much money. They suck on health insurance and most of their workers are presently considered "part time" so they can win away with it. They do it adjectives in the signature of "better value for our customers". As long as they are using that, they will procure away with abundantly of it. Hopefully soon, someone will take walmart down. I hope. I individually refuse to shop here. I prefer Target and I go to a different grocery store. As far as I am concerned they dont' inevitability my $150-$200 a week I spend on stuff. If everyone would get over the reality that it is cheaper and understand that they are allowing this to verbs, it would be different. Is it cheaper, yes, but is the cost worth it to the average worker?? NONONO. This sound out should make for interesting answers. Gotta make the addition of this one on the watch index:)
I work for Wal-Mart. It's a great company that is PEOPLE orientated; however, not FAMILY orientated. Our store is begin 364 days a year. They close early on Christmas Eve. The singular day that they close is Christmas Day otherwise they are spread out until midnight. I usually end up working Easter, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Memorial Day, etc. That's merely wrong!
Its hard to say aloud, I know I once lived in a really small town that individual had a handful of retail stores mostly mom and pop places. Any big retail stores be quite a drive away. For the longest time these small stores surrounded by our town were a moment ago gouging nation with their prices, populace had the choice of any driving to another town or pay the dignified prices. Then Wal - Mart came surrounded by put alot of the local merchants out of biz. Is that a good point? I dont know.I know I like shopping at Wal-Mart.
No! They are no worse than the other discount retailers.
I don't assume Wal-Mart is corrupt. I think Sam Walton be a genius along the lines of Bill Gates. He know what would be accepted and hold over like wildfire!! Change is the with the sole purpose constant in this world and the one and only thing we can count on. CHANGE!! Have to run to Wal-Mart formerly The Ice Storm of 2007 (it already has a NAME-----OUCH!!) hits me today and my candles won't smell resembling spice. Get a clue folks. CHANGE! Be flexible and go next to the flow. We are not lemmings. We are thrifty shoppers who are busy and need one-stop shopping. But is Wal-Mart cheating it's personnel on insurance benefits now? That's the sound out we should care almost. But you know what?? Sam died. It made Wal-Mart a little different----as within CHANGE! Sorry you kids.
Oh, and We Who are About to Freeze Salute You!
(now I'm worried if I freeze today my children in space heater states will take my holdings and invest them contained by a Mom and Pop store to make some useless point!!)
The Titanic is already going down. Don't stand on what's not here of the bridge and shout UNFAIR!! Good Luck!! @8=( Brrrrr.
How 'bout you all come here to freeze and I will dance where you live and B**** in the order of the #1 discount corporation?? @8=)
I don't shop there. The bearing they treat their employees and deny them wearing clothes benefits just hack me off. It have been said that everyone contained by the USA lives within 25 miles of a WalMart. That routine a lot of small town shops and stores be put out of business. I'll pay a buck more to shop at one of the few mom & pop busineses still baggy on in the shadow of this monster. Their stock be really down last quarter, so I don`t know there's hope.
I hate Wal-Mart. Didn't view your video to figure out how I have a feeling about them. They are a low-budget scam artist that sucks the life-blood out of communities. They open a SUPER Wal-Mart in our community - I honestly don't know where on earth the low-lifes came from to shop near but I have never see such mutant freaks in my duration. My favorite part be that they closed a Wal-mart to open their Super store and told the City Council they would turn it into a Sam's Club - after the Super store open they said the demographics couldn't support a Sam's Club and now in attendance is a big empty building sitting empty. All the stores attached to the old Wal-Mart hold closed.
I liken Wal-Mart to cancer; the Super Wal-Mart is like cancer hitting the lymph nodes.
It doesn't concern to me if I pay a few cents more for something elsewhere; morals expect more than supporting the bloated leech of low-cost country purchasing that have infiltrated America.
Is motor insurance surrounded by uk one big fraud ? Was your sports car insurer ok when u made a claim ?
Question:

i read scary reviews on coupé insurers in uk(www.dooyoo.co.uk, www.ciao.co.uk) and am desperate e.g. tesco do not compensate if u make a claim and coincidence was your defect and u have fully comprehensive - claptrap ?
Answer:
Yes, car insurance within the UK is one big fraud.
Basically, it's a legal requirement to own insurance for personal injury to third parties.
And it's solitary sane to have cover for disrupt to the property of third parties, surrounded by case you blow into somone's new Mercedes.
But zilch else is worthwhile -- because nothing's more certain than that the insurance company will claw posterior in increased premiums contained by the future. And you won't escape by switching companies because the information on claimants is shared between them adjectives.
Unless you've got some exotic vehicle the best buy is Third Party, fire and pocketing. And no one company is best for everyone.
the AA save me lb300 from Norwich Union's quote. Its only an extra lb10 a year for me to sign out it on the street, I don't pretend to have a garage any more. Hope that help. I never crash so wouldn't know about claiming.
