My sister was shipping a collection overnight for me via UPS. The package be mistakenly placed in the Fed-Ex drop box. She call Fed-ex right away and they assured her that the package be going to be placed in the UPS box (which be right next to it) They said the driver would scan it right within and realize it was a UPS pack and place it in the drop box.
I be supposed to receive this package at 10:30 am today and UPS have no info on the package (it does not show it be scanned). They said I have to linger until tomorrow to begin a trace on the bag. Meanwhile Fed-Ex says they put it contained by the UPS box, they obviously cannot guarantee this but explicitly their answer. I had the box deliver to my work because I needed it ASAP. As luck would have it, today is also my finishing day here. What can I do??

Checked beside a friend who works at UPS. He stated that FED-EX would either hold the package and notify UPS for pickup or they would verbs it.
But you could always phone the distribution center that handles that box and see if they can hold it for you to pick up.
