WHat is the difference between a incorporation/corporation and a small business? Please explain.?
Question:
I am not sure of these terms. Please instruct me
Answer:
A corporation is just one of several legalized 'structures' which can be used to run a business.
"corp" is latin for 'body'. A corporation is just a trial, rather than a innate, 'body'. Therefore, it is legally separate from its owners, which is not the bag for some other business structures. 'Incorporation' is the act of creating the corporation.
So, a small business can be run as a sole proprietorship (i.e. one owner), a partnership (several owners), a corporation (where the business is a separate official entity from the owners), a trust (won't explain that here) and other options within some jurisdictions.
A colossal business is almost always a corporation, but could be any of the others.
none...those words are synonomous

Is at hand a difference between a non-profit and and not-for-profit?
Question:
I would like to start one but I see both lingo used and have not come acoss any difference between the two.
Answer:
Look up "not-for-profit" on yahoo or other survey engines, see what Wikipedia says, especially the ultimate paragraph. Most not-for-profits are non-profits set up for charitable purposes. Some not-for-profits are set up for government purposes; I consider those are rare.
What is your purpose surrounded by setting one up? Tax section 501(c) give about 8 category, I believe it is, but most that I am aware of use category 3. Churches, hospitals, schools, research services, humanitarian, and the like are normally of this type. You can receive a paycheck for your work, of course. If at hand is a "profit", it is not called that, but "excess of receipts over expenditures". They are extremely concerned about losing the levy status. You do realize that such companies can receive donations and grant duty deductible receipts if they qualify.
YES one is for PROFIT~
A non-profit is an business or corporation who doesnt work for profit and not-for-profit is a business who doesnt earn for profit.

What does the American consumer gain by discussion to tech support departments located contained by India?
Question:
Answer:
Well, that depends, but I think the gainer contained by the company not the consumer because the company is able to money lower wages and benefits. I wish the techs would stop aphorism, "We apologize for your inconvenience" about 1 million times. It's a touch strange, too, that there are Tiffanys and Scotts contained by India.
Lot's of aggravation ! press for "Corprate Accounts" (even if it's NOT a corprate account) on the phone, that way you other get an American who can speak English, and that you can Actually "communicate" beside.
Needed information?
Lower costs passed down to consumers! And you get what you wages for!
One could argue that the American consumer gains by the tech company person able to lower their prices on products since they are using cheaper labor. The actual fact is that the American consumer does not gain, the company does by beef up their profit margins. The American consumer then have to spend two hours on the phone with an beneath trained customer service rep fixing a problem that would take 15 minutes by a trained American.
And simply a little side details, any company that calls me a consumer and not a customer does not procure my business. When a company calls someone a consumer they are adjectives about the profits and not in the order of providing quality products and service.
