I'd have to vote cash flow, because minus cash, you necessarily cannot achieve your business goal. net and gross profit are upright if you're looking for an investor, but even then, they want to know your change flow...where your bread is going and how much cash do you enjoy at any given time. if you're borrowing money, your lender will also want to know your cash flow so that they can know if you'll hold enough to pay cheque off the debt.
So yes, surrounded by my opinion, lolly flow is the most important. as they right to be heard, "cash is king"!
