Personally, I am not fond of the idea, but I appreciate that it is just business. My concerns are totally personal surrounded by nature. There are TONS of shady brokers and investment groups; I would join a small, local investment group base in your nouns first, to have the strength within numbers and support from people who know more just about this area than you.
