Same here in the UK - it is the most annoying entity ever to have to traffic with customer serivice within India. They are very polite and on tenterhooks to please but they just simply cannot treaty with anything remotely complex because they do not think through you. I find I have to repeat myself so various times.
Companies just point because Indians speak English they will understand other English speakers.
This is soo not the baggage - I mean I find some Americans thorny to understand!

These companies are betraying the nation that nurtured and baby them along until they became viable and rich enterprise. They could care smaller amount.
