Do you close to Wal*Mart?

Question:
Service? Employees? The store itself? The prices?

Answer:
I love walmart less next 48 hours after my baby be born we all go to walmart
yes! especially the prices
all of the above. love it love it love it.
yes i love it
Wal-mart is nice for the details. Nothing fancy. The prices are good.
not really why?
No, I LOVE IT!!
adjectives of the above are fine by me
NO to all of the above.
who dont resembling wal_mart except for crazy people who dont close to anything
I LOVE SALES! the store is cool i want to buy everything....sometimes the employees are not that helpfull some dont really seem to be like they want to serve......the service is good/okay/not the best...they need some modern employees
Jo loves Wal Mart,, upright service,, friendly people,, the store is usually verbs,, best everyday prices and they match any local sale so that saves me time and gas going to other stores.
the pious prices lets Jo buy more next to his welfare check.
its kinda lame
but the prices are awsome !!
Yes because the low prices and service.
Wal mart is okay Price wise. I wouldn't wear their clothes though
how can u NOT approaching walmart? oh yea maybe b/c illegals flock at hand like ants on a doghnut crumb but save for that its all right
NO!
All I can vote is Stuff Mart! If you need stuff........ Go to Stuff Mart. I can just handle so much of Walmart. I similar to the fact that some of at hand groceries and produce are cheaper that most grocery stores. I don't buy much else there. Maybe a few toys for the kids at Christmas time. I'm contained by Walmart maybe 4 times a year.
No. I don't resembling any of the big box stores. They force the local businesses out .
yes
Yes to all the question!
Its ok...not that big of a deal 2 me...i may buy a few things out of here every once in awhile but i would never EVER EVER EVER buy the clothes!
NOOO!! (as im screaming ripping out my hair) Aaacckk....Geez... I worked for the tie up for one, so thats my first reason. I reflect one Walmart within a 10 mile radius is plenty adequate, but for some reason, theres close to 3 more way too close to me than be here 5 years ago. I think the store is awful, Id much to some extent go to target, and Ive not have the best experience with employees(which i cant completley blame them), I deal with a mannish employee getting a charge over me a female hand - he didnt even apply for it, I did. Anti Walmart for me.
I hate Walmart. Mainly because it have closed so many small businesses. It is scandalous for moving in to a small town and adjectives it's prices to the bone until most or all of the local stores close after it raises the prices. They own expanded into so many things that presently it's not only regular stores that are closing but tire repair stores, photo stores, pharmacies, etc. I am so glad that the affairs of state denied their attempt to get into national bank. Their business practices with suppliers is not deeply good but they are so big that the suppliers can't only just turn down the business even if they aren't making that much from them. They do not treat their employees enormously well and try to hire mostly recreational so they don't have to settle up benefits. I haven't shopped there within years and I won't.
yes, hard work though but flawless corp to work with
No - that store have done more to put American citizens out of work than anything. Wal-Mart sells cheap products by strong-arming distributors and benefiting from slave labor.

I dislike intensely everything it represents, but mostly I hate the certainty that people loose their charge (directly or indirectly because of Wal-Mart), have to live paycheck to paycheck from a substandard career, then shop at Wal-Mart making worse this desperate cycle of gutting the middle class.
Yes, I do, most of the time. I wish it be more organized. I avoid going there much because of the crowds. I can't grasp to merchandise, or it takes too long to work my style around to get to it. For such a wonderful theory, it would be nice if the aisles were wider and if the registers be not all within the same spot. I don't know how they would conduct operations it, but traffic flow needs to be handle better. Perhaps a little re-organization would relieve.

I tried to get some books, and have to move every second or so to let someone overhaul.

As far as the employees are concerned, they aren't really a problem, but facilitate is never available when I need it, so service isn't as great as it could be.

However, the prices are wonderful. I shop surrounded by a variety of places, and I would choose Walmart hand down for value (Ikea would tied beside Crate and Barrel would be next), but the shopping experience is a trial much of the time.
Wal Mart sucks, yes they are cheap. But, their quality of their merchandise sucks.
yuh I do.. I love bargain!

It may only be possible if you are base in Bulgaria where on earth these people are operating from.however if you are not surrounded by Bulgaria,i think it is best to try and seize some assistance from the Bulgarian embassy in your country..but it is definately difficult to receive back your money..

What would false advertizing be worth to a company.?

Question:
Circuit City advertised an item next to a mfrs rebate and the company said that they had no such rebate. At the time contained by question the company said it have the rebate available the week pryor. But Circuit City advertised the item the week after stating the item have a mfr rebate plus a circuit city rebate. It's the principle that I'm questioning here. The reality that I purchased the item thinking I'm getting a good deal after the rebate, knowing it's a pain surrounded by the *** to send them, but worth the aggravation. Now I'm mortal told by the manufacture that the rebate is cancelled, is a bunch of ****. I need warning whether it's worth my time to pursue.

Answer:
See the manager at Circuit City and explain the situation.

Promising something that you cannot deliver is an unprincipled business practice.
No it is not worth the time to pursue. Proving that it is false advertising contained by court is going to take some stab. The dollars we are talking nearly even for a national chain will not procure a lawyer interested contained by the case.

Best warning is just pocket it back and obtain your money today.
Definitely pursue! This very same item happened to me finishing year with Staples. They enjoy got to be one of the worst places on the facade of the planet. Report this to The Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) and check off on the complaint "false want ad." My end result be Staples gave me a grant certificate dutiful for 30 days for the equivalent amount of the rebate I was suppose to receive from Hewlitt Packard. Store chains such as Circuit City, Staples, etc... do not want to hold a blemished record next to the BBB.

Does Walmart hold vigour ins for FULL time human resources?

Question:

Answer:
Walmart offers healthcare benefits, but the benefits are so expensive, and the workforce are paid so little, that at hand orientations, employees are given handouts in the order of foodstamps, welfare, and government-paid low-income healthcare, and what they need to do to apply. In other words, they expect the taxpayers to pay packet for the employees' benefits, even though they are the richest corporation in the world. You can be a full time hand, and you're still not going to be able to afford their healthcare.

Wow! Don't even win me started. You really need to see the documentary "Walmart: The High Cost of Low Price". It will shock you. Rent it - today!

Allow me to verbs ranting:

1.) They drive local businesses (a.k.a. your NEIGHBORS) out of business.
2.) They drive manufacturers out of business, by demanding stuff at such a low cost, that ends aren't met. (This almost happened to Vlassic Pickles... they couldn't afford to enjoy Walmart NOT carry their products, but be having to practically bequeath Walmart the pickles for free.)
3.) Walmart goes to great length to keep Unions from forming contained by their stores, which allows them to treat their employees horribly, and not supply any protection to their employees. They in actuality have kit used to spy on their employees, so that anyone CONSIDERING forming a Union can be fired.
4.) They tend to hire elderly and immigrant... people who own a hard time finding a situation anywhere else, so that Walmart can get away next to paying them little and treating them poorly.
5.) The government in reality subsidizes Walmarts.... in other words, town government want a Walmart in their town boundaries so badly that they if truth be told PAY the Walmart up to 1.4 million dollars per year JUST to set up shop in the town. (Because that Walmart will bring surrounded by additional rates revenue for the town.) In other words, your tax dollars are also man used to BRIBE Walmart into being within your town in the first place!!
6.) Workers are not permitted to have overtime. Yet they are forced to stay belated. Managers are taught how to flub their hours surrounded by the system so they don't have to be remunerated for them. There have be MANY lawsuits in the final few years where aged employees enjoy sought (and won) pay for these "lost" hours.
7.) The Walmart factory are sweatshops. Factory workers are taught to slump to inspectors about how plentiful hours they work and how much money they make. A jacket sold at Walmart costs the customer $30.00. It in fact cost $1.00 to make, and of that $1.00, individual a tiny fraction of a penny goes to the factory-worker who made the jacket. Insane!
8.) Walmart uses the tactic of first night up in a exotic town, having prices drop SO LOW that adjectives of the people within town get accustomed to shopping at hand, and all the little businesses within town shut their doors. Once all the little businesses are out of business, they jack their prices final up. Now all empire are FORCED to shop at Walmart because everything else is closed, but you're paying dearly for it.

I could go on and on, but you really should keep under surveillance the movie for yourself. It's very, remarkably scary to me how that corporation have become more powerful than our government.

BOYCOTT! BOYCOTT! BOYCOTT!
yes, purely go settle to the human resources person and they can donate you all the details. they told me roughly it when I was hired unpaid in the event I required to go full-time.
Just out of curiosity why would you want to work for them? They are contained by the midst of one of the largest class action lawsuits about abuses committed against in that employees. Approximately 40,000 ancient and present employees from Texas to New York are involved. You would consider the abuses own ended, but some stores are still committing one and the same abuses. Particularly out West/Mid-West.

Does a non-profit own to own a board within charge?

Question:
Does a non-profit need to hold a board, and the people running the time to day business of the non-profit necessitate to be under the authority of the board, or does in that need to be a board at adjectives, or can the board just "come along side" the ethnic group running the show? Semantics I know, but our non-profit is about to spatter apart over the issue of who is in charge - the board or the human resources.

Answer:
Every organization have a differant relationship with its board. For some (generally life-size organizations) the BOD is a ceremonial body whereby the board raises money and votes on a few matter but stays out of daily operation entirely. Typically, the board sets policy and direction while the employees deal with the day-to-day operations. In some small or grass-roots organization the board is intimately involved with policy and carrying out. A non-profit is required to have a board to oversee the usage of what is considered "public" monies but respectively state has differant rules on what the minimum obligation of a board entail. I would swot what those rules are and adhere to them. As far as how much further the board will be involved, whats scheduled now will determine the process. Basically, the board will hold to duke it out until they agree on who does what. Then, once they agree they need to commit to those rules surrounded by the by-laws, whereby changing the rules within the by-laws will require a vote. Sorry that does not help, indeed the box between who does what board v. staff is a staple of nonprofit life!
Yes every non profit must own a board of directors most states you need at lowest 3 but check with your state to see what your state say. pres, treasure, secretary just to donate suggestions. You can either choose to form a non voting or a voting board if you want to simply keep single a few board members consequently form non voting, if you want to vote new member in next choose to form a voting board.

Has anyone be scammed by Spiegel Privilege Pass?

Question:
I made a purchase on line and used my debit card. Then 14.95 started showing up on my final statement every month. When I called Spiegel, their explanation be that I should read my email and that I authorized this charge which I did not. As it turns out, Spiegel sold my information to Encore Marketing International. When I called them, they said they would quash and refund (after lots threats) but it hasn't happened but. If this has happen to you, I would like to hear how you handle it. Thanks

Answer:
I just notice this charge today on my credit card. When I called the 800 number, their Customer. Service. be closed (Sunday).
So typed in PRIVILEGE PASS as a look into, and found your Yahoo question. Thank you. Now I know where on earth to start to have this removed. If I hold success contained by getting it removed, I'll let you know.

Then I found this book (read below in brackets) in the region of the same point:
http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripo...

["$14.95 monthly ($29.90 total per month) deductions since November made via my debit card by both American Leisure and Easy Saver (both subs of EMI Encore Marketing). No hypothesis how they got my card # as I did not purchase anything and own never received any product or service from them.

I called my dune to dispute the charges. My bank also closed my debit acct and said they will reopen a clean one under unsullied acct #. I also called Easy Saver, I stated I would involve legalized authorities and bring fraud charges as I have never purchased anything from them and never authorized anyone else to do so.

First they said one month would be credited, I insisted on full compensation or fraud charges, then they said 2 months would be credited. Further conversation afterwards brought comment that there be a third charge that would be pending after today, again I insisted on full repayment or fraud charges. Supposed supervisor then said 3rd month will be credited too. They stated this would run 7 to 10 days. This seems resembling too lengthy of a time and I am not activist but will update this in the adjectives.

In the meantime, I have also file reports/complaints with the BBB and my Attorney General's organization."

American Leisure / Easy Saver / EMI / Encore Marketing
Address:
4501 Forbes Blvd.
Lanham Maryland
U.S.A.
Phone Number:
Fax: 630-262-6199

Now first I sent a fax to the fax number listed surrounded by the above address. Since there be no other number. I told them to stop billing me. I think for it to be permissible, I'll have to dispatch a written letter to the company cliché the same item.

The credit card company put in a dispute claim, and is temporallly stopping adjectives the accumulating charges. They give me a case # and said they would contact the company requesting proof that I authorized these charges, and will ask them what the charges are for. What merchandise?

I don't see a credit on my statement for the charges yet. but I newly got sour the phone with them. It's probably too soon. Perhaps these charges will be held within limbo, and interest rates won't be based upon these further amounts.

When the customer service department of Encore International Marketing opens on Monday, I should send for them again, asking them to stop, and what the charges are for. But legally to draw from them to stop I'll have to put it within writing I suspect. I'll send the communication return receipt requested, so I'll know that they certainly received it.

Right now there's not much more I can do right in a minute, since it's Sunday.

Samantha Thank you so much for your question. Your post help me to find out where to start. I hope my post will assist you in resolving this thing also. Good Luck!
