Beware of Employment Scams!?
Question:
Beware of Employment Scams!!?
This is not a question. This is a off-putting to people from 18-25. If you see an give in a broadsheet or craigslist that says something similar to:
"Office Expanding. Needs 10 - 15 people for entry plane management positions. Looking for great attitudes"
take care. There are some pyramid scams going on around the USA lately that proffer these "management" positions, but in actuality they want you to sell product "independently" previously actually getting a paycheck.
If when you call upon they set up an interview immediately and you don't in actuality fill out an application first, run away! By the time they "hire" you, they will offer you a contract to sign that requires you to sell the product on the street!
They will articulate there is a 90 year training period, but surrounded by those 90 days you will not make just any money. And after the 90 days you have to income for your own office!
They are experts surrounded by masking their intentions until they own your signature. Don't fall for it!

I cannot enunciate the business since Yahoo will boot me. Just watch out for these scam, I had my "2nd" interview today, and as expected I was "hired". I didn't even know the company term until today, so I researched them. I am not going to work for them, and I'm trying to spread the word before some population get screwed!

Any stories out there?
Answer:
I agree near your posting 100% that these kinds of scam prey upon those desperate for jobs. I've see "offers" generated from ancestors posting on Monster and other employment boards as well. DO NOT make available your private information out to strangers and that's true for employment opportunities. There's no intention anyone needs your social warranty number and date of birth to interview you. If an employer can't understand that afterwards you really don't want to work for them. A friend of mine was "taken in" by a site call TooSpoiled. I think race need to read the scam reports up to that time replying to alot of these scams that appear legit. If something seems too upright to be true, it probably is.
Tooooooo Long For The Average Person To Want To Read And Does Not Shoot Common Interests!
There are many similar scam on the Internet. One is an offer to conduct yourself as agent to receive money from customers and remit to the foreign firm, after deducting 10 percent as your commission. The target gets a cashier's check or money directive, deposits it in his mound account and wires 90 percent to the company. Because it be a cashier's check, the money is available immediately. A few days latter the bank notify the victim that the cashier's check be returned as bad. Now the object owes the money to the bank. The amount can be massive, such as $25,000. The deal can force the target into bankruptcy.

Loads.
its rugged to say a specific amount but psyche ave to say only uner a million! if not channel over that!
It is difficult to be exact, however, I understand that here are around 3.8 million businesses registered with a VAT number. Meaning that they are registered as a ltd company and registered to clear corporation tax. That number have been as expected stable for the past few years.
However, that integer does not include the many more business that are not registered, including the hundreds of thousands who are self employed (sometimes employ others too).
It is almost impossible to calculate but that amount is about the closest you will seize.
What are the class share holders right would be?
Question:
Answer:
Your question is blurry but I will try to answer the question I deduce you are asking. Shareholders of a corporation have the right to elect directors, the right to receive dividends if the board of directors declare a dividend, and they may have the right to dispose of their shares. The ending right, disposing of shares, exists if the corporation is publicly traded, but not if the corporation is private and closely held. Then the right to dispose of shares depends on various rules and state law.
Shareholders also have the right to a distribution of assets within the event the corporation is liquidated, provided that any assets remain after adjectives creditors are paid.
There may be more than one class of shareholders. Preferred shareholders hold more rights than common shareholders. They are first within line to receive dividends and first contained by line after creditors to receive distributions within case of a liquidation.

Answer:
Wow! Don't even get me started. You really inevitability to see the documentary "Walmart: The High Cost of Low Price". It will shock you. Rent it - today!
The things that I think are most "evil" going on for Walmart are:
1.) They drive local businesses (a.k.a. your NEIGHBORS) out of business.
2.) They drive manufacturers out of business, by demanding merchandise at such a low cost, that ends aren't met. (This almost happened to Vlassic Pickles... they couldn't afford to enjoy Walmart NOT carry their products, but be having to practically grant Walmart the pickles for free.)
3.) Walmart goes to great length to keep Unions from forming surrounded by their stores, which allows them to treat their employees horribly, and not impart any protection to their employees. They in truth have kit used to spy on their employees, so that anyone CONSIDERING forming a Union can be fired.
4.) Walmart offer healthcare benefits, but the benefits are so expensive, and the employees are compensated so little, that at employee orientations, workers are given handouts about foodstamps, welfare, and government-paid low-income healthcare, and what they inevitability to do to apply. In other words, they expect the taxpayers to pay for the employees' benefits, even though they are the richest corporation contained by the world.
5.) They tend to hire elderly and immigrants... empire who have a tricky time finding a job anywhere else, so that Walmart can attain away with paying them little and treating them poorly.
6.) The management actually subsidizes Walmarts.... within other words, town governments want a Walmart contained by their town limits so unsuccessfully that they actually PAY the Walmart up to 1.4 million dollars per year JUST to set up shop surrounded by the town. (Because that Walmart will bring in added tax revenue for the town.) In other words, your duty dollars are also being used to BRIBE Walmart into one in your town contained by the first place!!
7.) Workers are not allowed to enjoy overtime. Yet they are forced to stay late. Managers are skilled how to flub their hours in the system so they don't own to be paid for them. There hold been MANY lawsuits within the last few years where on earth old workforce have sought (and won) settle for these "lost" hours.
8.) The Walmart factories are sweatshops. Factory workers are skilled to lie to inspectors around how many hours they work and how much money they take home. A jacket sold at Walmart costs the customer $30.00. It actually cost $1.00 to clear, and of that $1.00, only a tiny fraction of a penny go to the factory-worker who made the jacket. Insane!
9.) Walmart uses the tactic of opening up surrounded by a new town, have prices drop SO LOW that all of the relations in town draw from accustomed to shopping there, and adjectives the little businesses in town shut their doors. Once adjectives the little businesses are out of business, they jack their prices back up. Now adjectives people are FORCED to shop at Walmart because everything else is closed, but you're paying dearly for it.
I could budge on and on, but you really should watch the movie for yourself. It's tremendously, very fearsome to me how that corporation has become more powerful than our administration.
BOYCOTT! BOYCOTT! BOYCOTT!
no i do not think they should move about out of business - because i'm not a hater
No because I am poor & their stuff is reasonably priced.
No, they provide low cost items to the dependent Americans that Wal-Mart's detractors claim to support.
Heck no wal-mart is great! B/C you can go grocery shopping and grasp anything else you need at one time.
GOD NO!! I love that place and not a soul can beat their prices!! Sorry!
No. I don't want them to move about out of business.
I like cheap stuff.
It keep prices in check. Good against inflation.
The places that charge 50 dollars for a t-shirt should stir out of business.
Why would anyone want walmart to go out of business?. Wal-mart is a worldwide empire. and besides i like walmart better later other stores.
hell no
Jo's welfare check goes much farther at Wal Mart than any other store
No, because conjecture of how many job will be lost from Wal*Mart going out of business. Not only will job be lost at Wal*Mart so will jobs at other companies because of on the way out sales. The cutback will take a downturn, job loss rates will increase, and god only know what else will happen.

Has anybody received payments from Robertson Holbrook?
Question:
I sent my details late december and after loads of attemps to contact them ultimate week I was told that they enjoy not received any statements back from my bank yet. Thats four Months
Answer:
This is really fruitless, and an example of why you shouldn't should these services! They can't do anything that you can't do yourself, and don't have any more nouns in claiming support charges that you would have yourself.
When you dispatch a letter to the edge asking for your charges or alternatively statements under the Data Protection Act, the ridge have a maximum of 40 days to transport you the information.
If they don't respond in this time, after they are breaking the terms of the work, and after sending another letter giving them a maximum of 7 days to dispatch the data, afterwards you can report them to the information commissioner, although they almost always respond earlier it comes to this.
So basically, they should hold had the statements after 40 days, which way they should of had them at the failure of january, and your claim should have be finished by now, near the refunds surrounded by your account!
I would see if you could dissolve their service and do it yourself!
If you're interested in doing this, my site below have the details you need to claim your charges rear, with detailed step by step guides and template correspondence to send to the mound. It also has the most up-to-date bank charge word and developments, and forums for one to one help near your claim. Basically, everything you need to claim your wall charges back yourself.
The site is FREE to use.
Yes, they successfully reclaimed my charges from Barclays for me. It took time (longer later they anticipated) as the Bank tried just just about every trick in the book to squirm out of paying, However Robertson Holbrook get them into Cardiff Court after about six months and the Bank compensated up "at the doors of the court house" . It took awhile but as they did all the work and they put up adjectives the money, who am I to complain...I just agree to them get on beside it and they did "exactly what it says on the Tin " I received a cheque for more than I originally anticipated as they also insisted that the sandbank paid up my charges incurred whilst they be processing my claim..which was an swift bonus. I am also pursuing a insurance claim through a company based surrounded by Liverpool (not Robertson Holbrook) who have taken 18 months and I'm still no closer to settlement ...which puts things surrounded by perspective.!.

If I'm the sole shareholder of a corporation and I reward an expense?
Question:
for the corporation, example, I purchase a computer and I pay next to my personal credit card, would I record the narrative this as:
Debit Equipment
Credit: Shareholder loan.
I don't think it should be debit equipment and credit A/P because it's not really an accounts payable.
Thanks.
Answer:
from those option,, I'd think it is a loan
Accounts Payable typically refers to Trade Accounts Payable, or A/P through the common course of business.
As a the sole shareholder, you're a related party, so it would get some sense to disclose that the loan is not part of everyday 3rd party trade A/P.
Shareholder loan would be more appropriate.
If you don't expect the company to reimburse you, the credit should be to shareholder equity or paid-in-capital within excess of par.
If it is a loan, make sure to separate it from any other loans by creating a separate depiction (example: Notes Payable to Shareholder) and actually draw up a memo. It sounds funny, but you will sign as both the corporation (to repay) and as the owner (to be reimbursed). You can find free forms on-line if you need them. Nothing looks fishier that when an underwriter finds APs that are due to closely held companies or stockholders and they hold not been clearly separated.
