Robert Allen? Real Estate Investing?

A while back I go to a Robert allen seminar for real estate investing. At the seminar they explain that theres a three afternoon class where they will show you step by step how to budge about it, plus they'll bestow you website info and this book filled near all the name and numbers of the contractors and loan companies they are currently using. now while adjectives of this sounds really great the problem is the cost is about $3,000 - $4,000. So since i go trying to bring all this money together, i lately want to know if anyone else has already tried this and found it to be legit? Has anyone else hear of this? Has anyone already been ripped sour by this company? Does it sound approaching a scam? I would greatly appreaciate any info you might have give or take a few this, because im seriously considering this and i just want to be sure. Thanks :)

While it is true that Robert Allen's first book, titled "Nothing Down," emphasize his ability to train anyone to purchase genuine estate with any no money down or using someone else's money, he has modified his technique to fit current markets. I know profusely about the man and his principles, even though I haven't taken his course. I would not muse to label his hard work, even though sold through infomercials, a scam. He was one of the original in the "how-to" unadulterated estate course training, and he's not all that older yet. Others enjoy copied his methods and attracted followings. He and his company charge about matching for their 3-day course as do others, and as do many culture stock market principles and technique.
Is it a scam? No, it is however a bit outdated. Do to the fluctuation in unadulterated estate markets The Robert Allen system stresses the no monet down program which most authentic estate investors and many owners enjoy seen. I am not axiom it woun
t work, it wuld just help yourself to alot more effort than most populace are willing to put surrounded by.

It varies within quality. It's a bit better than first-apartment furniture, but is is knock-down type furniture and is mass produced. Nevertheless, it looks correct and if you take charge of it, it will serve you well.

Ehh. 6.5 out of 10. The drawers are terrible. TV station and the bed frame are better. They own terrible customer service. I to some extent spendt more money for solid furniture than to have to buy duplicate item from Ikea several times.
Basically you get what you pay cheque for.
The furniture is not meant to end, in my judgment.
I did buy a desk for my little boy there, but it seem less than sturdy. However, it is better than not have a desk for him.
