What dose Batch number and Ref number be determined?
Question:
what do they stand for? and if some company asked us 2 put them...what should we put there?
Answer:
Batch number/ Reference number is a series of number presence on the products (on the bottle, packages, etc). This number is approaching the ID of the product. The number is used by the manufacturer to check information of the product such as when it is manufactured, its production string, where it be sold, the ingredients/raw materials used and etc.
If the company is asking for the batch number, the number usually present on the product such as on the bottle. Usually it is placed together next to the expiry dates (if food stuff). You usually can find the numbers on the packages. The numbers are relatively long, so it is easily memorable.
I think shipment number refers to the batch that adjectives the product was manufactured beside. So if it's dog food, it's all the dog food that be made with adjectives the ingredients that were put together at like time. Like a "batch of cookies". When you mix up to date ingredients, you have a different batch.
I deduce the reference number refers to where on earth, and when the product was made because you may transport ingredients of the same load to another factory to be made into a different kind of dog food. Both of these numbers are codes on the product sign. Depending on how you want to code the location and date of the product you are selling the numbers don't make sense to the personage that buys the product, only the soul that sells it. I hope this help!

Does everyone out at hand know that Target stores will not allow you to even swap merchandise in need a account?
Question:
Does anyone else find this policy ridiculous? I can understand not giving money put a bet on but how does this help them; they are still getting item for item
Answer:
This have happened to me past but it's been a long time! It be a PAIN! I think they enjoy a record of how plentiful times you return w/o a receipt and penalize you after so lots. I was not aware that this be still the policy. The last time I returned something, they asked if I compensated by check or Credit Card and were competent to pull it up by the giving method. I don't know if that will work with lolly though.
It IS a ridiculous policy though.
What is your source of information?
I agree with you it's rediculous, specifically why I don't beleive it.
It is very undemanding to get a bill from Target. Their database will bring up the receipt if you provide any a check from the checking account that the purchase be made or the credit card that purchased the item. They give you two receipts for nearly every purchase you net (gift receipt plus regular receipt). So, I don't see it as a ridiculous requirement.
Hm i wonder if it is location because i know i own swapped before here surrounded by KY
did you steal something from them in the recent past? thats probably why they dont trust you.
most retail stores will let you return anything. target is one of them.
Think roughly speaking it after a while people hold on to saving stuff . Toys they should lone do this with because some those save the box loaf 3 months or longer same with sweppers consequently bring them back.Or they bring spinal column stolen items to get money. It could also not be from their store.Walmart used to afford you your money back minus a receipt.Meijers will permit you go rear legs and get duplicate item or an exchange and then amenable it so you cant try and bring it back or thieve it to another store and get your money wager on.Always save your receipt/People doing things similar to stealing and waiting to long to bring back things have change the instrument they do things.
I'm not sure about the exactness of the statement, however considering the complexities of Retail Business I can tell you that it is not a honourable thing to steal back merchandise short a receipt. Many ethnic group try to return merchandise or swap merchandise in stores where on earth the items were not purchased. This practice affects the overall inventory and sale records the the establishment must painstakingly keep going which in certainty ultimately results in huge discrepancies that want to be resolved. It's like buying 150,000 dolls but have receipts that show 162,000 were sold. Huge problem and costly as ably.
Would you buy a car from someone who walk up to you and said that you could have it -cheap? Not title, no proof of ownership at adjectives? Of course they want a Target receipt!!
Tell me, WHY is it so ridiculous for a store to require a delivery for all returns? This is standard a moment ago about anywhere.
Also, yes, Target have a limited on how copious items per year you can return without a taking, and there is a dollar target for those items. But Wal-Mart has equal policy. I promise.
This policy is in place to prevent the oodles return frauds that are attempted on a daily spring. Most people that shop contained by our stores are honest, but there are satisfactory dishonest people within the world that this policy is necessary.
The receipts clearly state that you own 90 days to return the item, and that you must have your unloading. That is NOT Target's fault if you lost it.
Besides, if you retribution for it with anything bar cash, Target can do account lookup.
thats common practice amongst most retail stores

Banking after 9/11?
Question:
Is it true that after 9/11 banks are REQUIRED to check your credit report to unscrew a savings depiction? If that is true, why does the sponsor need to inform you that he will check your report (as if he really is not required by unusual laws to do this but requests your permission while at like peas in a pod time stating that he is required to do it leaving you lacking the option to refuse). Have trial laws made that a requirment or are the bankers phishing because he in truth said to me after that that "you just get automatically approved for a platinum visa card with our wall, do you want it?"
Answer:
When my son opened up a checking narrative at Bank of America they did not tell him they have to do a credit report and that was post 9-11. Why would you obligation a credit check for a savings sketch? You can't overdraw the account similar to you can a checking account. They did call for proof he was official and had a social surety card, etc., but that's not a credit check.
Last year I brought my handy man to the bank and help him open up a nest egg account as he be keeping his money in the mattress, but again adjectives they did was look at his birth tag and social security card. He have been evicted for nonpayment of rent within the past, so he couldn't own had honourable credit.

Answer:
It's a scam!! Don't respond! The first time I get one of those I was so surprised and I thought it might be material (was in dignified school at the time), but afterwards I asked around and thankfully didn't respond. Now, I capture them constantly. Some other common email scam that you should steer clear of are those that claim you won the lottery, have a substantial inheritence, are requested to help a sick party in another country, etc. Those are adjectives scams I've received emails roughly speaking.
The bottom line is that you shouldn't confer your bank commentary number, social security number, birth date or other personal information to anybody unless you contacted them first through a lawful company email or phone number that you can verify. If you ever do actually win something, you can other request to collect your winnings by a check made out to you. You never need to present anybody your bank tale number. Just remember, if it seems too accurate to be true, it probably is.
Thanks for the posting the letter...I get the cash.
It's nought new. SCAM.
I get such scam e-mails once in awhile. Just discount it.
It's a scam and yes less than 1% respond to this smooth talk, some people respond more than once and lose deeply of money.
They don't need your assistance. But they'd sure like to enjoy your personal information, so they can get at your money.
I wouldn't meditate anybody would be silly enough to respond to them - but somebody must, or I wouldn't return with so many emails any like the one you get or emails telling me that I've won some phony lottery.

How do you pilfer a public company private?
Question:
how much stock do you need to own.
Answer:
Most public companies enjoy “poison pill” clauses to prevent hostile takeovers by investors attempting to corner the flea market in their stock.
The means of access a public company is taken private is for a private investor to make an present to purchase all the shares of a company. The give is made to the board of directors of the target company.
all of it
u would necessitate to be a majority shareholder or have other shareholders who own adequate stock for your combined shares to make up a majority share within order to do this purely an fyi...the number of shareholders does not determine public or private...you can have a private corp which have 1 s/h or several s/h but if the shares are not offered up to the public and only kept to a definite group of "shareholders" it remains private....but there can also be other variables involved u may obligation to check the by laws of the corp to determine what other criteria must be met
u cant really, best item to do would to be to buy 51% of the shares
I'm not sure if it is actually possible, but you can bring about the next best point by owning 100% of the stock.
You would need to own adjectives the stock in the company.

How do I determine if a company get a 1099?
Question:
Answer:
if the business u r dealing with is a corporation you do not obligation to 1099 them.. however if you are not certain whether they are a corp or not i would be in motion ahead and 1099 them...and have their federal self number (you can request this with a W-9 (http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdffo...
and the rule is if you rate over $600 to the company and or individual they must be 1099'd this is documentation of your deduction as resourcefully as proof of their income and all is reported to the irs so that it can be cross checked by them as expected
i would make it a policy that a w-9 be completed since any work is performed and most definately up to that time any payment is disbursed ...matching as you would not have an hand work or be paid next to out a W-4 filled out
a 1099 would usually be for labor ,, labor that you used to produce something. So if you compensated a plumber to come un-plug a drain ,, no 1099. But if you hired a plumber to build something that your corp sells,, that's a 1099. If you go to Home Depot to buy the supplies for the plumber,, no 1099.

When writing a communication to a CEO of a company how do I address them if I don't know if they are masculine or feminine?
Question:
I'm writing to CEO's of companies. Some time the names are so that I can't inform if they are male or womanly. How would I address them?
Answer:
Dear Sir or Madam....
Possibly go to the company's website and do for a time research on the gender..... as a ultimate resort you could use first name, closing name (?)
"To whom this may concern"
You could contact the company and find out. Politeness costs zilch. End your letter "Yours sincerely". If within is no name given, lately a department, then you can write "Dear Sir/Madam" and lapse your letter "Yours faithfully".
"DEAR CEO"
The correct path to address this if you cannot determine the persons sexual characteristics is to address them by their full name.
Dear Pat Smith. That means of access you are correctly addressing them but not imply gender.
Dear Chief Executive Officer,
Take the time to look up their full first name on their company web site or their Secretary of States pattern site, and find out and you will get a better response!
Chances are the CEO is not the soul that would open and read the notification in the first instance anyway - a persoanl assistant or secretary would break open it.
You might be better off calling the company and finding out who would be the best party to address it to depending on your subject - such as the HR manager. If you go and get to talk to them first, when they in truth receive the letter your identify will be familiar and they are smaller amount likely to throw it away. (A cold call for letter is resembling non-internet spam).
If you still want to send to the CEO, nickname the company and ask the receptionist, they should be able to relay you. Or search on the internet to find out. Dear Sir or Madam does not clutch the readers attention outstandingly well. As a bureaucrat I generally don't pilfer much notice of epistle headers such. A little effort can dance a long way.
I usually approachable my letters beside 'To whom this may concern" when I don't know who the letter is going to.
