Were Sub-Prime Lenders newly plain greedy, stupid or both?

Question:
They want to make money within the long run, so the rates kept going up. To the point people could no longer engender payments, thus having to foreclose. Did they not forsee that individuals would have to foreclose? Or did they digit, that people could verbs making the payments, but would have to give-up and tighten-up on everything else?

The Sub-Prime Lenders will adjectives eventually burn in hell. Along side Abortion doctors, Terrorists, drug dealer, etc.

Answer:
It is all something like money. Or in other words risk verse reward. This is no different then risky stocks or any other investment. Sure as risk go up it implies that inhabitants will default and they will lose money, but it also imply that they can charge more for these people. So what they try to do is newly make sure the money coming within is greater then the money lost.

P.S. Sometimes they guess wrong just about the trade off and they stir under.
Money lenders, by definition are greedy, and studies own now proven that stupid populace are more financially successful than smart people.

Foreclosure mode the lenders get the property and adjectives the money you paid them. Then they can re-sell the property, so I fall through to see how that is stupid.

In other words, they get your money, and they got your house, despite the reality that you were paying for it. That is significantly profitable. It is the very idea they had to enact law about when they could foreclose, because so heaps of them realized they could hang on to foreclosing and reselling over and over to make three times what a property be worth.

As for them burning in hell, powerfully, thats an existential question I can't answer.
they be greedy and stupid and arrogant and should be held criminally accountable.

http://letsgobble.com/
AMZI,, are you other so wrong about a subject or did you lately lose your home??
people know up front what their payments will be,, lenders don't rework rates unless it's an adjustable mortgage. People with poor credit return with a sub prime loan and pay greater interest rates. The lenders figure on a guaranteed number of defaults, that's why the rates are superior.

Tesco's what do you mull over?

Question:
I work for Tesco's and I want to ask my customers what do you really think of our stores, Ive see some members of our staff man very rude to the most far-reaching people (you pay cheque my wages) so give me the low down on the biggest supermarket surrounded by the uk

Answer:
The trouble with Tescos is exceedingly weak control and no communication among the staff. Some customers are very rude and treat staff approaching something which was scraped sour the bottom of your shoe. They have no perception how to treat their staff at all or how or even want to preserve them happy. If staff be being treated resourcefully by management, they would be optimistic and this in turn would be reflect on to the customers. The problem with Tescos is at the top.Don't blame the rock-hard working little one at the bottom.I have worked for an American company and they are the best employer I have ever have because they do everything to ensure their staff is happy contained by their job.
Never be in a tesco beforehand. live in guernsey but if staff is rude to me I wont be to glad but probally still go in that if i can save alot of money. you should probaly explain to manegment that you have see staff being rude to customers
amazing
I visit the UK several years ago, for a 6 week vacation. Some friends i stayed next to took me to Tesco's a few times. I LOVED IT!! I bought a few things to bring home with me, and it be a great store.
The staff and people be great.
In the U.S. We have Costco's, Sam's Club, Super Walmarts and other stores approaching Tesco's.

I know this probably doesnt answer your question, but I have a very moral experience when i was visit the UK..and hope to go pay for again someday.
I hate it and never shop nearby as it so informal and much too big,I now step to Somerfields or the Co Op
A large Tesco extra have just be built about 400yds from me out of my eyeline thank saintliness but it is convenient to call nearby. I know the times when items are reduced ;-)
All the times I have be there, solely one particular girl be silently rude. Everyone else has be very civil. Some items are too expensive, but tesco's own brands are upright value especially the 24p toothpaste hehe
I own switched from Tesco to Sainsbury for my home delivery shopping because Tesco be dreadful.

Broken eggs, missing items, bad substitutions, etc, adjectives took their toll.

Sainsbury are great - nothing phases them, and the slightest error results within free delivery and refund - whereas Tesco is bound by 'company policy', which is not usually in the customer's desire.

Tesco management involve to get their head out of each other's a***es and look at what the customer expects, and what the rest of the bazaar is doing.
Huge companies lose sight of everything except expansion.
My clan visited London second summer and we LOVED Tesco's. Many times, we did so much sightseeing and we would swing by Tesco's to grab a bagful of food to whip to our hotel for a late dinnertime. Everyone was helpful to us at Tesco's.
i shop there adjectives the time it beats waitrose n grades and spencers
some of their products are well inexpensive
forget isolated cases of rudeness - I'm sure you could see examples of customers self rude to staff too. Tesco is the perfect example of how to run and expand a business. I love it
Every little help xx
Too Damn Expensive, I shop at Morrisons.
I prefer to <try something new today> Sainsbury's
I love my local Tesco, I fully support them, they are plain all hours, and everything is below one roof. Bless their low prices, the choice is great, the staff are all pleasant and thoughtful. It's very British to knock a nouns story, I don't know why, but I personally hold no desire to shop at the butcher, the baker, the grocer, the fishmonger, when I can get soooo much underneath one roof. One car expedition, all I usually inevitability.
Well, i think they should take staff who actually know the things that Tesco put up for sale, eg. 'Quich I asked a member of staff where on earth to find it and he just stood in attendance dumfounded!! Had no clue what i was wise saying or what i was asking for, he go to ask someone else, and he looked at me blank as well! Sorry, but the culture who work there havent get a clue what things are, i wonder why? I did say it be like a cheese flan, later they looked horrified and ran!! ps. I know it is spelled wrong, but i did pronounce it right. Also, when i mentiond Lorraine, they thought i be mad.
i be going into tesco once and saw aguy get out of a rolls royce within the disabled bay next to no card.i mentioned it to security as my wife have adisability.
on my way out i saw financial guarantee having a word. he wasant impressed but i without a doubt was.
Hi lollypop, I don't know where on earth you live but I have worked for Tesco, Asda,Morrisons and Safeways surrounded by my working years. I have other found that if you treat your customer as your best friend then you will be treated matching. All the staff I have worked beside have seem to treat their customers with respect , everyone have an off morning and if a person i.e. customer, treats you resembling you are beneath them( as they often do ) you may retaliate.
If you see a branch of staff being rude to a customer consequently it is up to you to report it to your supervisor ,or if you don't want to snitch, then in attendance should be a suggestion box where you can write nearly your feelings anonymously.

Has anyone have posistive experiences next to ACN phone services?

Question:
Basically, I have have nothing but poor customer service near ACN. I am just wondering if anyone have had similar experiences to me. Apparently I signed a one year contract when I give the ACN rep my credit card info, and now I cant end service even though I'm not able to use my phone anymore. If you've have a similar experience or have any guidance as to how to get my money rear, please let me know.
Thank you within advance!

Answer:
I be thinking this was for another ACN - I have great customer service from them, but they are a satellite programming and technical service provider. The ACN to who you refer, have a customer service page I would recommend trying this page. When you contact the rep, you should let them know you are lacking service (let them know since when) and wish to any have it reinstalled or cancelled. There is no injure in letting them know you are unsatisfied and that you need for the charges to be refunded - reminding them again that you enjoy not had service for the timeframe. The leading issue is that you entered a one year contract, so you may own to pay an rash termination fee - I would ask if they can lower this due to the poor/ no service you received from the phone. If you come to nothing with the customer rep - ask for his/ her supervisor to see if you can create any moves with them. Good Luck!
