I am the 100% of a sole proprietorship and a "C" corporation.
1) Loans are good; you compensate no tax on a loan, but must payment at least a minimum interest rate to prove legitimacy.
2) Wages and bonuses are both fully taxable for Federal purposes and I suspect contained by every state that has a state income rates. You also pay both employer and member of staff Fica, which total 15.3% gross. BAD. The states I know of do give you the risk of not paying workmans comp and unemployment, labor and industry, or anything your state calls them.
3) My best strategy is to own my unadulterated estate and equipment, furnishings, computers, etc., personally, next have the business rent from me. Saves the 15.3%. I also one-sidedly loan money to the company and receive interest, also saving the 15.3%
4) Try this. If you hold a corp and no employees, you can enjoy a "medical reimbursement plan", thus deducting adjectives deductibles, coinsurance, denal, vision, etc.
5) If your business is profitable, you ultimately hold to balance your personal income charge rate against corporate taxes. Go ahead and pay the 10%, or 15%, but try to avoid the complex rates.

There are tons of companies that outsource. I do not know of any comprehensive site beside a list, but you can run to CNN.com and look up Lou Dobbs. He usually keeps a index of outsourcing companies so that he can attack them, but you can use it however you want.
Now onto the other posters saying outsourcing is desperate. Do you shop at Wal-Mart, Target, ANY department store, K-Mart, Kohls, etc? Do you like the price of clothes where on earth they are?
