Due to the insurmountable workload & increased biz deeds, I hv been asking for further headcount in the nouns dept (which im solo & incharge of), in this small corporation i worked wt. This be few mths back. Nobody compensated a heed.
What I did was this -
1. I intentionally mis-appropriate the change monies from walk-in-customers which is meant for HQ safekeeping & set it aside into a fund a/c;
2. And wait for HQ or the Mgr to sense the missing rcpts 1-2 mths latr;
3. Obviously the bosses (including the CEO) was not impressed - and my bold schedule can lead to my termination;
4. Im contained by the process now to tf posterior the funds to HQ;
5. Meantime, I conveyed the msg to the Mgt -for them to realized my plight, and that unless here is another person contained by the a/cs to help fiddle with some of the acctg functions, there will be leaning of the system breakdown/mis-appropriations, reporting delays, etc.
So, be i right or wrong?

I rarely shop Wal-Mart. They enjoy turned it into a warehouse...kinda like a flea marketplace. It started a trend because now my local grocery store have become a warehouse too with a sandbank & pizza stores in it. It use to be nice to run contained by a clothing store & grab something & move about. Or a gallon of milk from Krogers. I avoid them both & go to pharmacys or convienient stores. I dont contemplate its good for the discount because small business' cant compete with them. So I guess Im bad to the Mall.
No. Wal-mart is not good for the cutback.
First off, they undersell other companies. This lead to other businesses closing and workers losing income. Then, all that's moved out is Wal-mart.
They run ads for when folks get their welfare checks, so that the individuals will run to walmart and spend their paycheck there.
Also, Walmart demands to recompense a certain price for an item from a company. It used to be the other channel around. A company with a product have offering prices for stores.
Not Walmart. They say what they will reward for a product.
What happens afterwards, is that local manufacturers of items and produce are forced to take their engineering plants to other countries.
That means again, that US workers lose job.
So, no Walmart is not good for the cutback. People need to reflect about their adjectives and stop purchasing goods from Walmart.
This is my view. I shop anywhere but Walmart. I want workers in this country to know how to work as long as possible and not lose out by having their company move to a foreign country to produce indistinguishable product.

I have never have troubles returning anything to Walmart. I know they will not take open CD and DVDs unless they do not work and you are exchanging them.
I use to work at walmart and yes they took basically about anything backbone. Although, it is alot easier with a receiving. If you don't have your unloading, you can always try. It never hurts to try.
