Yea....I have a love can`t stand relationship with Wal-Mart. I love the cheap prices..because I can afford it but at like time we kill our local reduction, sell out, and we support cheap labor forces! Its really a tough situation. But our dependency on walmart will never change.
I don't know in the region of that, but I can tell you that Wal-Mart have been using "stealthy shoppers" for years to go to their local competitors and bring back prices. Then, Wal-mart will raise or lower their prices according to the information. This is funny because every Wal-Mart have a notice at customer service that say they do not allow secret shoppers within their stores and will remove any that come into the store. So, are you really sving money at Wal-Mart? Not really, not anymore. Use to be, yes, but not anymore.
